We came across precise surveyors purely by chance, from the first phone call with Kerry to speaking with Jamie who did our survey and took the time to go through step by step our report, the service we received was nothing but excellent. Our mortgage broker then threw a spanner in the works which the team straight away gave support for and pointed us in the right direction for what we needed to do next! As first time buyers we had no idea what this would entail but a massive thank you for making it so quick, easy and taking time to go through every step with us!

A pleasure to deal with and a responsive and thorough service provided. They were clear and swift with their communication and provided a very professional service from start to finish. A clear and detailed report was provided for thw home we were purchasing and really helped with our decision to buy.

The communication from Precise surveyors was excellent. They kept us up to date with what we needed to and the instructions for paying and viewing the report were simple and straightforward. They delivered report earlier than expected and it was thorough and clear. I would absolutely recommend using them to survey your house or another if you're planning to move. I also had a call from our surveyor to discuss the findings and how best to proceed. He was honest and very helpful.

The report we received was very thorough and detailed, and addressed some of the concerns we had ourselves, and indeed highlighted some important issues we had not been aware of.

I would highly recommend Precise Surveyors. I carried out a search to find the best homebuyers surveyor in my area. Six options were recommended. I spoke to staff members from each company. Precise Surveyors informed me that they used drone technology to access areas not visible. My husband and I were impressed and selected the company. Michael carried out the survey. The report was more than the level 2 which we had not paid for. It read more like a level 3 report. Michael's was detailed with photographic evidence to support his findings. The summary page at the end of the report was very helpful about the Condition ratings 1,2,3. 3 was coloured in red, rating serious and in need of answers or to be addressed. We are currently at the negotiation stage based on the Condition Rating stage 3.

Jamie did a level 3 survey on a 150 year old cottage that we was purchasing. The report was above and beyond expected, so much detail including advise on how to rectify issues and lots of photos to help explain each section of the findings.
