Great jewellery, but strange ambience in store
I liked the showroom and the great range of jewellery available. I disliked the less than welcoming atmosphere. Staff did their job, but they could have been friendlier. Once I had selected the earrings I liked, I paid and then had to wait a very long time for my purchase to be wrapped. I’m not sure why there was such a delay. No reason or apology was given. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and will probably not visit the store again.

Couldn't have asked for better communication and service from each member of staff I spoke to/emailed. They managed to get a very specific ring made in my size and shipped over to me, all for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing experience purchasing my fiancée’s engagement ring, and I can’t thank Steph enough.
From the moment we arrived, Steph made us feel completely at home. Buying an engagement ring is stressful but Steph immediately put us at ease, with her friendly, and genuine approach.
She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered every question with incredible knowledge and patience, and never once made us feel rushed or under pressure. She made the whole process bearable and straightforward

Myself and my partner chose Pravins as the company to buy our engagement ring from for several reasons... firstly the selection of rings genuinely were of a better quality in the price range we chose.. secondly the store itself is classy beautiful set out..and thirdly the staff member who delt with us (Holly) and the manager were absolutely outstanding..polite, efficient and very good at their jobs ..I have nothing but praise for the service we received.

Such a genuinely warm welcome
Such a warm welcome when we entered the shop and nothing was too much trouble. After I explained what I was looking for I was shown an excellent selection of beautiful rings. The sales lady was delightful and so helpful and patient.

Professional service
We were made to feel important.
Little touches like the glass of wine and sitting at a table with the asstant. It was my 70th birthday so i was given a bottle of wine, again a lovely touch. All made for a good experience.

Not worth the money
The earrings (5.5cm diameter 18ct gold hoops) I purchased are really flimsy and lightweight, they are not worth the cost at all, and it's quite disappointing. I have 18ct gold stud earrings that cost significantly less and are of a better craftsmanship and a greater weight.
