The staff were absolutely brilliant so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . Noemi the senior sales consultant was so lovely and made us feel so at ease . I would highly recommend them and will certainly be going back .

Pravin’s has become my go to jeweller
I initially visited Pravin’s in Reading to buy an engagement ring, the store itself is well presented, you feel looked after from the moment you walk through the door, the service was exceptional with detailed knowledge on diamonds and precious metals given to help with choices.
When it came to buying wedding rings and a subsequent eternity ring I returned - I have been served by Noemi Marretta throughout, who has been both professional and friendly. The service has been fantastic and includes cleaning of rings plus inspections of the stones and settings. Pravin’s has become my go to jeweller for any future purchases and I highly recommend.

You get looked after in there properly
You get looked after in there properly. Glass of Prosecco for my mum, cup of tea for me and really friendly and professional staff. After visiting other jewellers in town, I can safely say Pravins offer the best products for the money and as I say, felt very looked after by staff
