Brilliant Customer Service from Jackson
These 5 stars are especially due to JACKSON’S exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction for my shopping experience.
Powerful hand stocks a range of items and I guess due to popularity, these go off the shelves just as quickly. I didn’t get everything I ordered and a few things were missed but it’s still a great store and the service from JACKSON ensured I’ll be going back again and again. One of the staff couldn’t even apologise for what had happened. I’m so glad the situation turned around.

The order never arrived
The order never arrived, it was damaged during transit. I called, send email then called again and send another email. The worst customer service. I will have to call my bank to claim money back whoever owns this shop it’s a joke of business!

There’s no refund pending, I checked. Your dealings with courier is not my concern, also I doubt you will receive a leaking parcel back so that excuse is yet another lie. Ironically you’re selling spiritual products. Also you didn’t reply to my emails but you can address low rating! This case is still open and money due to me. Send me proof of refund issued!

Avoid! Sent a faulty product and haven't refunded me
I bought a crystal water bottle and it was sent with dirty water in the crystal chamber. 2 weeks later and I'm still trying to get a refund.
