Poor communication with the Courier
I would have given 5 stars because their products are great and smell divine but my order arrived late. The courier stated there was a delay with my delivery and I would receive it the following day. I didnt actually receive the items until 4 days later.

The products and customers services is very good. I don’t like the DHL delivery service. They have messed up my delivery on a few occasions which puts me off continuing to order. If it wasn’t for the delivery service, I would have given 4 stars.
