PolkaDot are now my ‘go to’ for any plumbing work! Efficient online booking, reliable and knowledgeable- I’ve used PolkaDot a few times now and they always go the extra mile!

I got these guys to fix a leaking shower in my flat. James fixed the shower well and didn't try and charge me for an extra hour (like lots of other plumbers do). Would definitely use again. Very good service.

Great service. We had a problem with our hot water which I presumed to be a fault with my pump - an expensive problem to have - but Polkadot did a thorough diagnosis and recognised it to be an air lock so fixed the issue quickly and saved me the cost of an unnecessary replace my pump. Great service, would highly recommend them to anyone.

George came over at short notice to fix an issue with the boiler cutting out from low pressure, after another plumber from an online job posting site had done some work on the boiler & heating system that wasn't up to standard and then disappeared. George completely fixed the issue, detected some other issues the previous plumber had not fixed (including a leak), and was intent on getting the job done. George was very professional and will absolutely use again, one of the best tradesman I have worked with in a while. Polkadot were also great to deal with when organising the job.

I've used Polkadot twice now and they have been excellent on both occasions. Very responsive. I sent an email on Saturday saying I had another problem. A plumber arrived at 8am this morning (Monday). Their plumbers are all extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They are also extremely polite, courteous and very careful not to create any mess. And not nearly as expensive as the ubiquitous Pimlico Plumbers.

Paul did a great job. It was a non-standard difficult problem to get access to the tap and he solved it successfully with determination. Really pleased and would 100% recommend. Great firms like Polkadot Plumbers deserve to grow and get more and more business.

I was a bit nervous calling a plumbing service I hadn’t used before but had become fed up with the well known service I had previously been using. Jonathan from Polkadot came and he was brilliant, he quickly diagnosed the problem explaining to me as he went along what he was doing and why. I couldn’t be more happy with Polkadot and will be using them in the future. Highly recommended.

Jack and Jamie were really great and sorted our zip tap heating and leaking problem in the same day of visiting… better to call them than email them if you want to make a quick plan with them.

I feel so blessed to have found this excellent plumbing company, and I can highly recommend Polkadot Plumbers: I was most impressed the first time I got in contact with the owner, of Polkadot Plumbers; as unfortunately I had problems trying to book future appointments with another plumbing company! Not only was Jack polite, he was able to 'pencil-in' four appointments straight away for the dates I wanted, to coincide with the carpenter; as I'm doing extensive renovations in my home, especially as I'm having loads of renovation works done in my bathroom and kitchen, and it's important the plumber and carpenter are there at the same time! Egis, the plumber did an excellent and thorough job on the plumbing in my bathroom; as unfortunately, the pipe works were done badly, over 20 years ago, and it has now been corrected. I also like the fact, all quotes are fully itemised, and there is a price list on their website, and you know exactly what you are paying for.

Very good indeed - both Jack and James were lovely. James did a really good job; he explained things well, made suggestions and was punctual and thorough. Polkadot were recommended to me by our neighbours and we shall certainly be recommending them too.

I am a repeat customer of Polkadot and as ever they have provided a fantastic service. Harry did a brill job of diagnosing and fixing the leak and was super professional, friendly, and left everything neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend Polkadot :)

Excellent plumbers and a few days later provided an emergency electrician!

After being messed around by Aspect plumbers (avoid did not solve the problem and charged more than Polka), Polka came out and were super friendly and knowledgable. Jack and Johnathan were very experienced, wrote eloquently in an easy to understand manner, solved our problems speedily and happy to video chat and offer advice on other things. Will use them consistently going forward.
