Fantastic service all round. I messed up and ordered the wrong sizes, but Colleen was extremely helpful and sorted it out. My items arrived promptly and I couldn't be happier with them. Absolutely love the Cleo the Hurricane Viva La Velvet top: the fabric is amazing!

Excellent service
Recently Dry Hands seemed to have become extinct. It was out of stock absolutely everywhere. Panic was setting in!!! Poleemporium emailed me as soon as they had some in stock. I placed my order and received it within 3 days. Great service.

Fantastic customer service
Pole emporium has a great range of items all at very reasonable prices but the highlight is by bad the customer service! I had a bit of a problem in that the postal service messed up in finding my address but Colleen was very helpful throughout the entire experience maintained great communication with me and my order came in perfect condition. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great company to buy from, if you live nearby you can go and try outfits on before you buy which I found very useful and Colleen (the lady who owns the company) is a very lovely lady and fitted me in at short notice. Found the perfect outfit for what I needed and will definitely buy from again. Have also ordered from this company via their website and was fast and efficient service. Highly recommended
