I ordered the first time by Pole Emporium, but the short I ordered, was unfortunately sold out, so in stead of contacting me trough mail, they contacted me by phone, even though I´m not from England and that effort shows how professional they are and how much they care about their customer. Colleen helped me out by finding an alternative and she was so friendly and kind! This is the way I always want to get treated by every company. She responds quickly to mails. I also find the prices reasonable for someone who can not afford too much. I will continue ordering my pole clothes by Pole Emporium and also recommend the reader to do so too!

Love pole emporium. Excellent customer service. Had a problem with a voucher once and was rectified quickly with an email to check it was all ok. Products delivered quickly with no problems :)

Wonderful!
Everything beyond expectations. Order arrived quickly. Only thing I would change is the requirement for an in-person signature for the parcel delivery (lucky I was home!) otherwise the situation would have been inconvenient. This was for a delivery to the United States, so maybe non-overseas order do not require a signature.

Very good experience, easy to buy, had all the info as well as different brands! 1 bad point, I ordered a pole bra and it was way smaller so the size guide was out, but that’s it, every other item is perfect :) be back again!
