Waiting to finish tasks.

Everybody is helpful and explained everything well. The only set back, is has taken longer to get some of the info needed to complete some of the tasks

It has been clear

It has been clear, efficient, and uncomplicated by any real obstacles. I suppose I would have preferred the process was shorter but I couldn’t tell you how that would have happened..

The process was fairly easy

The process was fairly easy. I had to upload several times as the task menu kept saying the tasks weren't done even after they were uploaded. The staff was courteous and informative.

Everything really went fairly well

Everything really went fairly well. I had an issue on my closing that there was a judgment on my mortgage that I knew nothing about. It took quite a bit of time to get it handled. The only hiccup I think was that I wasn’t kept informed well enough at that point where I could be helpful and get the numbers needed from the lawyers.
