Point Financial is right on point…

My experience with Point was right on point. There were no issues with any of the process. I checked my email daily, sent in the information and proceeded onto the next step. It was simple and swift response’s. My Point team, in my opinion. We’re the best team you could possibly have. Their response time was unmatched in my opinion. And I received my funds in the time frame I was told. I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again Point.

Point experience By NBH

1st I never really spoke to anyone who was handling this account emails, text & CS agent Not really a fan of those types of communication when doing business 4 to 6 week window from start to completion is what was projected and done now the product itself from my vantage point it's probably great for a short term solution however long term the numbers really start to get a little abusive
other that than the whole process wasn't too bad would I recommend to someone else
I would definitely recommend as a option depending on one's situation

A very professional organization

HEA 101

It all begins with the call commencing on time. After announcing herself, Ms. Tara Kidd confirmed my identity and extended a brief introduction of herself. Then a synopsis of what the call was about. From there she articulated well the body of information meant for my case and after a short questioning session offered feedback and thanks on my preparedness for the task at hand. After her closing remarks opened the session up for general and technical questions to which she had the satisfactory to me answers. All in all a great experience.

The experience was hassle free. The individuals involved with this transaction were very polite, very professional, eager to help and that is what I liked most about Point. The whole experience was simply above…

The whole experience was simply above par. Every issue was resolved. Any issue that arose, I was consulted and notified promptly. I was always kept in the loop. Questions posed were promptly answered. All in all was an efficient, comfortable and satisfying experience. The length of time for funding was sooner than expected!
