The customer service was extremely helpful and readily available. Always replied to me text, emails and phone calls. My funding wasn't one of the easiest and Point Always came up with a solution, and would at the least lead me in the right direction to resolve the issue I had.

Terrible Customer Service and Communication
Taqi, is the worst Manager I have ever delta with. He said he could not reach out to me or communicate with me because he had over (200) customers! It is obvious that he was complaining about his work load. As a customer that's not what I want to hear, I am glad they record the calls do maybe they learn from this. No one ever got back to me about my appraisal which was done wrong. How can Point a Company that has a 4.7 rating use a Appraisal Company that has a 2.3 Rating(Valligent) a vertual appraisal? Is it because they want the appraisal to come in low so that they can benefit when it is time to end the contract? As a Customer this is where the Trust is gone! Just over (6) months ago my home was appraised by my Mortgage Company at 969,000. Actual person came to my property. Point Appraised at 915,000. How does this happen? Becareful would never recommend! I recommend Nada ask for Cade excellent Customer Service and you only talk and deal with him or his helper Carla what a Team!

Point, you have a tremendous user friendly website. Sashi's assistance was brilliant. She took time to explain things that I did not understand plus patiently, walked me through the estimating cost on my dashboard or website.
