I think the only hiccup was due to the county record of deeds department. Point has been great.

The process was quick and exactly as in stipulated time frame.

After researching equity sharing companies found point to have lower upfront fees longer repayment terms and keep you informed at each step and assign people to help you as you go along in the process,

My primary contact has been Jason LaCour, he and all of his associates have been very helpful, responsive and professional. All of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction.

Good experience very straightforward honest and streamlined.

The process was pretty easy but did take time. They lower your appraisal by 25% which they don't tell you till late in the game. Anytime I called on the phone someone did answer and helped as best they can. Anyone from the staff I dealt with was pretty professional and helpful. Didn't get funded yet so we'll see how that goes..
