Excellent!!

Excellent!!! I am very surprised by the customer service, which is at the highest level. I haven't seen such quick delivery anywhere else, especially during the holiday season. I wanted quick delivery, but I didn't expect that my order would be delivered the next day. Great store, a lot of amazing items and high availability. High recommend! I will be coming back for more:)

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service, great prices, and super quick delivery. I had made a mistake on my order, I contacted CS and they were able to help right away. I order a few things on a Sunday and these arrived Wednesday afternoon. Items came nicely packaged and card with a 10% off was included. Very pleased and will definitely use this shop again!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service- Jessie was so helpful- I had a slight issue with an item in my order and the team could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to resolve this! Would absolutely recommend and will be ordering again

Absolutely faultless

Absolutely faultless! The best and fastest service I’ve ever experienced!

I ordered 6 items on Monday 8:50pm and my order was with me on Wednesday at 2pm!! The best bit is that I didn’t even pay for postage.

I wish everyone offered service like this! Thank you!

Damaged item, no response, inaccurate age recs

Item arrived damaged and was a gift set so obviously a gift to be passed on… a padded envelope isn’t sufficient packaging. Emailed almost 3 weeks ago no with no response and ungiftable item. Age recommendation on item also doesnt match whats online which i included in mentioned email. No response 3 weeks later and have checked my junk etc. will not shop here again.
