I had never come across PlayFaire before surprisingly, but decided to try them and I’m so glad I did!

I called initially to ask if they did a price match, and the lady on the phone was so friendly and polite, she confirmed they did so whilst I was on the call, I placed my order. She refunded the difference for me which I was very grateful for and my shipping was still free! My item arrived today in perfect condition and I’m just so pleased. Thank you so much PlayFaire, I am so glad I’ve found you and will be back!!

I am very grateful to the customer service team who sorted out my problem, quickly and efficiently.

This is my second time returning to PlayFaire to make a purchase of Connectix, following the original order I placed for my niece. The first time, I received outstanding customer service, and this most recent experience has been just as impressive.

Every interaction I have had with Jessie has been exceptional. Each time I called, she immediately took ownership of the issue, resolved it without delay and followed up with clear emails and even a call back. This time, there was a delivery issue with DHL, yet again she stepped in straightaway and ensured everything was sorted.

I genuinely cannot praise Jessie highly enough for the standard of service she provides. If I owned a business of this nature, I would not hesitate to try to hire her. She is an absolute asset to PlayFaire and I sincerely hope the owners and directors recognise the value she brings to the company.

She is polite, respectful and has a calm, reassuring manner that instantly puts you at ease. She made it clear that if I encountered any further issues, I could come straight back to her. It is rare these days to find customer service of this quality in the UK, which is precisely why I felt compelled to leave this feedback.

The customer service provided by Jessie was exceptional - warm, friendly and proactive! Exceptional help during making my order, and though I didn't keep the item, I'd recommend highly!

I ordered a bed for my son which I could have ordered from a number of other retailers. However I am glad I ordered from PlayFaire as the customer service for delivery and installation was second to none, and it made all the difference. Very happy. Can’t fault the experience.

I ordered 2 items from here. One of the items was defective and a bad quality. I emailed to return the item and this was arranged. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as the second item I ordered was only slightly more expensive than the delivery charge (£5 delivery and £8 item). I was told that I couldn't have this so I advised that I would return the second item also as I would never have purchased this item alone with the delivery charge being so much. They don't respond to my most recent email asking for a return of the second item.

Just poor customer service really as it wasn't my fault the main item I bought was defective. Wouldn't purchase from here again and would appreciate a response to my email.

My items were somehow delivered to the wrong address. Through no fault of Play Faire . They soon sorted the issue.. I have not received customer service like I had from this company in years. They are superb. The quality of toys is all brilliant.

I placed my first order with Playfaire yesterday. Not only was it by far the best price I could find for the item I wanted but I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived this morning - so quick! Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend.
