Arrived after Christmas despite paying for Express Delivery

I ordered an item for a Christmas present and, in order to ensure that it got here in time, I checked the delivery choices and chose Express Delivery, which I obviously paid extra for.

The item did not arrive promptly so I emailed Play Control to ask where my item was as I needed it for a Christmas present. My email was ignored.

And yes, the item arrived too late to be given as a Christmas present. I’m realllly glad I paid for Express Delivery for nothing.

Do. Not. Recommend.

I didn’t realise buying this controller…

I didn’t realise buying this controller it was coming from overseas so probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d have known.

Took around 13 days to arrive.

No communication from seller, just come home to a parcel.

On a plus, the controller works fine so can’t complain for the price.

SCAM WARNING! Did not receive controller, did not receive refund.They will lie to you or make it impossible to get a proper response.Hope their offices collapse with all their thieving staff inside.

I brought a controller which is…

I brought a controller which is fantastic and arrived in good time. I then got sent 50% off my next purchase and so ordered a second controller which also arrived in good time.
No issues and a great company. 👍

Good controllers

Not sure why everyone’s putting bad reviews 🤷🏽‍♀️ Ordered 2 controllers for Xmas present and it arrived on time and they work just fine. I was updated all the way until it was posted to me so I’m happy with it👍🏼

Still waiting

Bought a controller which never arrived. Customer service absolutely useless. Don't buy anything from this company 😒 you will be wasting your money.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!!!!
I've sent several emails to receive refund and sent ps4 controller back as it's a fake product and I have proven this.
They keep sending same email for me to send a video to them!!!
So I've wasted my money and no way of sending it back.
Do not use!!!!
