Bought two controllers a while back. They came in strange 'Sony' packaging and upon further inspection were clearly fake/cheap knockoffs. Triggers are strange to pull, light bar glows through the back of the shell and dimming it on the console doesn't work, thumbsticks are stiff, the shell itself felt cheap and like it'd snap if it fell. Finally, I took the screws off and opened it and the controller battery is atrocious and pretty much held together with tape. Their ToS is copy and pasted from an other site, proven by the fact they're talking about paintings and frames in their refund policy.
I urge anyone not to buy from this site, do not give these people your money like I made the mistake of doing!!!!

Absolutely shocking company I ordered a controller in the last week of November as a wrap up present for my son and it didn’t turn up and then the costumer service afterwards was an absolute disgrace….. avoid using them at all costs.

I had no problems at all, everything arrived on time and was packaged well. There was good communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Fairly disappointed to be honest. I had high expectations (until after read the reviews whilst my order had already been processed) it to ages to come about 2 weeks and when it arrived it was quite clear that the L1 button was loose which made it unusable there clearly isn't any quality standard at this place definitely won't be ordering again.

I decided to buy 2 PlayStation 4 controllers from this site. Pretty reasonable at £38 each delivered. I was not aware it was a Chinese site, some friends were sceptical but 2 controllers arrived, in the correct colours, with 7-10 days, in SONY packaging, with charging cables and work perfectly. They feel and look great, seem perfectly genuine. I ordered 2 more for my daughter.

Sell fake controllers, which are faulty.

Bought two remotes for my Sons - took a couple of weeks to arrive but well worth the wait - both work great.

I have still not got my ps4 controller I ordered it on the 12 of this month and still not received it

Ordered one PS 4 controller, arrived well ahead of time, good quality and given 50%discount code so I ordered a second pair. Both arrived in good condition and works well.

The product is great,exactly as described but it took almost 3 weeks to be delivered so I will not be ordering again as I paid for express delivery

My son ordered two PS4 controllers from this site. Cheaper than elsewhere and they did take a couple of weeks to arrive (which was slightly annoying as you didn’t know that before ordering!) but they are perfect and still working well 5-6 weeks later. They were both brand new and genuine parts (as far as we can tell anyway). Shame so many have had such bad experiences.

Company are selling fake goods, delivery took ages even though I paid extra for fast delivery, customer services are ignoring my emails - would not recommend and will be taking this matter further

Terrible! Ordered a controller that you could tell had been used as the L2 and R2 button were extremely loose. Contacted customer service in October when I ordered it, has been four months since they said they had sent a replacement which I have not received and have still not sorted the issue out or at least offered a refund!!!!!! Do not buy honestly waste of time. Absolutely appalled 4 months on and I still have not been supported with my situation!

Yes their prices are cheap but I didn’t like waiting about two weeks for my delivery i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I won’t be using them again

Very poor. Product failed on first use. (PS4 Controller). Tried to contact Play Control and got no response, except for a review request. Well here it is. Not genuine product and no customer service.

They will not let you return the item. They keep saying that they are sorry and the refund will be processed, however these are all lies. No refund, no possibility to return Christmas gifts which they failed to deliver in time as advertised on their website. I’ll never shop from them again !

Great price, delivered in good time and condition and works perfectly. Very pleased and would shop again.

Not the best site to be honest. My controller took ages to arrive and the tracking website they used I really didn't trust. Also also the spelling mistakes in the emails didn't fill me with confidence but after a few weeks I finally got the controller!

Ordered a ps4 controller which took just over 10 days to arrive but I was expecting a wait so no dramas there. Controller arrived in perfect boxed condition and works brilliantly. Was sent a 50% discount code which I have just used on another controller. Discount code is brilliant customer service, no complaints here. My only suggestion would be to use a delivery company slightly more reliable than hermes as this may be why people have not been receiving items 🤷‍♂️

I ordered a ps4 controller for a Christmas present and paid for express delivery. The item never arrived and when I emailed play control Ana replied saying my item is insured so will be with me shortly and I still have not received my item. This is now 7 weeks since order the item. Ana and play control are now not replying to my emails. Never use this company. Their service is very poor.
