I never get controller. They don’t answering for any email or message about refund money…scam

Bought a ps4 controller from them in May and from the first play it stopped working properly. It kept freezing whilst I was playing and it had to be reset every time. It also wouldn't charge properly.
Have tried to contact them 4 times for a refund (twice through the form on the website and twice by email) but no reply and now there website has been "unavailable" for 3 days. Guess I won't be getting my money back.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying a controller from here. They are confirmed fake. They last 3 months before all sorts of issues. Very cheaply made.

Customer service just flat out ignores you now!

Do not buy anything from this site!

They should be banned on price comparison sites too! (How I was directed to them)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! The controller didn't work, contacted them and had a reply from "Julie", to reset it. Didn't work and was then told that it had been transferred to a different department for a refund. No further correspondence and no refund. "Julie" replied to my message with exactly the same worded email. Still no refund or response. Have complained to Trading Standards as the website also doesn't have an address so its a dodgy company.

FAKE controllers do not buy.

Well I ordered my ps4 controller of them and it’s been 7 days and still ain’t been shipped I just want some advice on when I should receive my order.

Had a PS4 controller from them the left 2 control stopped working within 2 weeks.
It had nothing to do with resetting as controller just lost any resistance.
Trying to contact them, they keep saying send a video.
I did have still not had any joy with them for over 5 weeks.
Would never use this company again.
Going to try and see if my bank can help.
Customer service is nonexistent.

I purchased a PS4 controller for Christmas for £38 and after 2 months the 4 main action buttons stopped working. I contacted customers services and got assistance from a very polite lady called Julie. She asked me to send a video of the problem before they could assist further. Unfortunately after sending the video I was informed that they could not see any issue from the video and just told me to reset the controller. Obviously the reset function cannot fix a faulty controller so I exchanged a further 6 emails with Julie to try and convince her to provide a return address for the faulty product.
Unfortunately the final reply I got from Play control was "We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that I'm unable to see the issue in the provided video could you please send the video again with the issue showing on the screen with the controller. If you didn't send a video we can't process your problem with the relevant team."
Anyway, now I could prove that I had given Play control ample opportunity to give a refund, so since I paid using a debit card I contacted my bank using the chargeback facility and 2 days latter I got my refund.

Controller turned up in packaging not from the UK and its clearly a fake, the controller accuracy when using was awful and made games difficult to play. The controller looks good but you can tell its not genuine as soon as you start using it.

Customer service refusing to refund money

Appalling customer service. Still awaiting for my order since Christmas. Very disappointed that no one has contacted me re: a refund.

Wish I’d read the reviews here first and so stupid as can now easily see the scam signs - their order confirmation is full of grammatical errors, Isnt in good English and their website shows no customer services / contact details. Hardest refund process. Just dont buy! They send faulty goods that you can’t return & keep your money.

This is a fraud,do not believe in positive reviews on their site or here these are made by their own people. Contact your bank for a chargeback immediately.

Do not use this company ordered with them never recived asked for a refund they just didn’t reply opened up a case with my bank hopefully will get my money back AVOID at all costs. Look at there positive reviews Also they have been wrote on the 21/22 of jan SCAM

The worst controllers ever,battery health is rubbish literally have to put it on charge every 10mins which is annoying,dreadful customer service asked for refund and they said will send me a new one no reply to my emails never again buying from here worst purchase.Took 4weeks to arrive which is ridiculous.

It took over a month to be delivered and when it arrived it doesn’t charge I bought 2 other chargers and still doesn’t charge. As soon as the battery ran out I can’t use the controller ever again. Also the product doesn’t match the images or description.

Fake controller and not the colour I asked for. Also took about a month to arrive. Not happy with the price I paid for a fake controller if I new it was fake I would not have bought it
