Ordered a plate on 11 and today is 16 March, I couldn’t check the parcel through Royal Mail that PlatesExpress provided. Sent emails to PlatesExpress but no reply at all. Try to make a call but couldn’t find the phone number. This morning the seller replied me and because I selected the normal mail which took 10 days and can’t track the parcel. Sad! But at the end, I got the parcel noon time. Unfortunately the front plate is missing the border. I have reflected to the sales team. Hope they give me a satisfactory solution. Otherwise I shall downgrade the review.

Very disappointed
I ordered a plate for my motorcycle on which I wanted a flag emblem. The plate arrived quick enough but it was a plain plate with no flag. I emailed & got a very curt reply stating that I never ordered a flag but I double checked & I did. Complete waste of money. Avoid this mob

Ordered plate for motorcycle and whilst my mistake with Paypal delivery address it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Six emails so far and telephone number constantly engaged.

Ordered a 7x5 inch plate and order…
Ordered a 7x5 inch plate and order confirmation stated 9x7. Emailed within 6 minutes of placing the order as there is no telephone contact number.
Did not get a reply or to 2 further emails that day asking them to not produce the plate at the wrong size and then no reply to a further email following delivery of wrong sized plate.
It’s possible I made a mistake on the order (sure I didn’t), but no reply to 4 emails is poor service. Total waste of money - avoid at all costs as no way of contacting this company.

Ordered a 3-D plate and was charged for it. They sent a standard plate. No reply to emails no phone number on site.
The website shows a five star rating based on 3674 reviews. This is the second review on trustpilot.
Don't waste your money, there are plenty other options.
