The item is great quality! Unfortunately I paid £9.99 for express delivery and then was sent to the courier 2 weeks later. Sent multiple emails and communication was not very good.

Great value for money. Very quick delivery and convenient service.

As I am intending to travel abroad later this year I needed to find a number plate with the correct logo on. Plates Express manufactured and dispatched the plate very quickly, it arrived within 2 days of purchase is exactly what I ordered.

Good price, excellent quality and great service.

Paid for express deliver got confirmation of order had been manufactured but not received any tracking info it’s been two days now have been unable to get in contact with anyone from plates express hope I can resolve this issue and my plates actually turn up and I havnt been robbed of my cash

Ordered plate Monday morning, made the same day and Evri tracking started BUT it took Evri until Thursday evening to deliver. I paid £9.99 for express delivery! If I were Plates Express I'd change to DPD or Fedex. Fortunately my BMW dealer learnt of my problem on the Tuesday and had a new plate delivered the following day - by 1st Class post deliver before 1300hrs.
P.S. Then they had the cheek to come back on 20 May (almost a month later) to demand more detail or my review wouldn't be treated as genuine. So here's the order number Order #1721620

So I have dropped to 2 stars

Ordered and paid for plates and still waiting for delivery despite being told they were being posted on the same day. Have checked with royal mail and they have no record of the tracking number.

Have emailed and received no response. Can you please rectify this issue ASAP.

**EDIT** Plates arrived day after I made delivery query. Great quality and very well packaged. Just need to improve communication with the customers and consider providing a contact number.

After a delivery issue I contacted the company on here as email given dose not work. The company contacted me and they reprinted plates and sent them to me next day. The plates are as ordered and quality is good.

Plate never arrived they took my money its a huge scam

*Edit. Since my review the company have been in touch and made every effort to remedy my customer experience.
I have now taken delivery of my plates, (which look great) and I am much happier.

I placed an order 8 days ago.
Initially I was hopeful as I received an acknowledgement later that day that the plates had been manufactured and were to be shipped 1st class.
Now it is complete radio silence.
NO PLATES AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I used a different company for a previous vehicle's plates, I ordered those plates and received them within 24 hours, so it is possible.

Really pleased with the plates but delivery expensive, I ordered before 2pm to get next day delivery as advertised and paid £9.99 but didn’t get them until a couple of days later. They were posted with Evri so feel the delivery charge was overpriced, otherwise so far happy with the plates.

Good quality plates good delivery times would definitely recommend

The plate has a tiny crack at the bottom but not enough to return it over.
Considering I paid £6.99 for postage, it took around a good 6 days to arrive.
I'll look elsewhere next time.

I made a mistake when ordering my plates, but they were kind enough to replace them. They were delivered within a couple of days. Would order from them again.
