Very responsive, good plates. Any questions they answer fast if the FAQs don’t cover it. Would use them again.

Pleased with the plates themselves but, having placed the order early Friday afternoon and paid for express delivery/service (at £9.99) they didn't arrive until the following Wednesday. I rather think the claim on the webpage of 93% being delivered the next day is pushing it a bit and the express delivery isn't what it says it is.

In short, allow plenty of time and pay for regular delivery.

Very happy with the quality of the plates that I ordered, and the delivery.
My only gripe (which is why this is 4 stars) is that fixing screws and stickers - which I did not want or need - were added automatically to the cost and could not be deleted, and the delivery of £9.99 is steep - you do not always need next day delivery.
Otherwise, fine.

Ordered yesterday afternoon and plates arrived today - so fast! Great quality and the note on the invoice was super cute too. Highly recommended!

I ordered number plates with a slogan. The slogan was typed and in another language. There was no warning or indication that this would be a problem at the time I placed my order. The preview of the number plates showed exactly what I'd typed and what I wanted. I took a screenshot to ensure this could be verified. When I contacted plates xpress regarding my order they say said "It has never happened before, Customer usually type the slogan they require" and "I’m afraid it only recognises standard UK font". I asked why I wasn't informed of this prior to my order being manufactured and that the slogan had been typed. I then asked if I should return my number plates for a refund. I got no response

Very fast delivery: kept me in loop constantly with the progress of manufacturing. Received the plate next day with a personal note which was a nice touch!

Website is easy to navigate and clear, loads of customisable options to chose from. (Style of plate/text, boarders, slogan etc)

Ordered late on a Tuesday evening, Arrived 1 pm on the Thursday.
Reg plate is high quality, so much better than the flimsy metal plate it replaced. Clear text and the fitting kit has everything required to fit to any car.

Took me under 5 minutes to remove the old plate and install the new one.

Placed an order yesterday before 2pm. Paid for express delivery but have had no email with my tracking details. Sent multiple emails to the customer service team for an update yet no response.

I have increased my review as I have since received the plates I ordered. Came in good time but the radio silence from sales support had me worried that this was not a legit business. I can confirm I retract this statement and increased the rating from 1 star to 4. If sales support had got back to me within 24hrs then I would have happily given 5 stars as the plates was good quality as were the fixing kits received.

Is this a scam business? I have placed a priority order and have not been provided any tracking details. I have emailed them and got no response. Do I contact my credit card company to cancel the payment? I could have got a quicker service from Amazon for cheaper but thought I would give Express Plates a chance. The lack of communication is really poor.

I paid for express delivery but it still took the best part of the week. I paid for a fixing kit which never came. When I emailed them to advise my fixing kit was missing and could they post this out or give me a refund there has been radio silence. I will not buy from them again.
