Born out of a passion for plants we launched Plants By Post in 2015 with the aim to provide high quality plants as gifts. Our aim when we started was to provide plants as gifts and gift wrapped in a way that we would be happy to send to someone. Our gift wrapping involves using tissue paper, appropriate cellophane and finished with a satin ribbon hand tied bow. We are always adding new items to the range increasing the range of plants we offer. We work hard with our suppliers to bring you top quality plants at the best prices. Every plant is picked, checked and packed carefully and using specially designed boxes which are 100% recyclable. There is the option of gift wrapping to make it that little more special on arrival. I got sent the wrong plant but , customer service was brilliant. They were a day late delivering my plant but I got a refund for that! Only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because I got sent wrong plant.

Very happy with my first order from Plants by Post.
The plant was ordered for a poorly family member living some distance away and she was delighted to receive it. She assured me that the plant and pot were exactly as described and the rose was truly beautiful.
The delivery was a day later than requested but this was not a problem as it wasn't for a special occasion. I also realise that deliveries are more difficult at this time. I will be very happy to use Plants by Post for future occasions.
