Have used Plants By Post before and received lovely plants. However, this time indeed Primroses in October for winter colour. Very healthy when they turned up (plants are always well packaged) but no flowers after a few weeks. Was told they would be flowering but now mist of them are dead or dying. Emailed asking for refund or replacement but have heard nothing. Very disappointed and won't be buying from them again

Appaling customer service. No answer at all when trying to make a return, despite trying to contact them 5 times over a few days, using 4 different means of contact. Not impressed. Doing this is not even legal.

All plants were very well wrapped and were in excellent conditions. Using again!

I ordered plants on the 16 February, to be delivered on the 18th February. It's now 20th Feb. Still waiting on this item. Not happy😤😤😤🤬🤬 to say the least. As was a birthday gift 🤬🤬🤬😤😤😖

Excellent quality plants and very quick delivery. My plants were very well wrapped for transit and arrived in excellent condition. I will (and have) ordered from this small business again 🌷🌺🌼.

The plants I ordered last Spring were well packed, arrived quickly and were excellent quality. I have just ordered my Winter bedding as I was so pleased with my last plants.

Plants by Post are very local to me. I've been ordering compost for over a year now and often receive delivery on the same or next day. Great value for money. So helpful. Plants have been superb.

This was my 2nd order with Plants By Post. Again a lovely healthy plant, a peace lily this time. Vicky was particularly helpful in fast tracking my order on this occasion. Will definitely purchase plants from this firm again.

We have just placed a second order. We ordered a pair of bay trees which arrived beautifully packaged in super condition. They have been very healthy and grown quite a bit already.

Today I just received my plants order, and I was delighted with with all the plants, all in pristine order. The way they pack the items for delivery is brilliant, I never had a better shop to buy online in my life and I am 67 years old . I very highly recommend this company for the way they do things, they are worth every penny. Please remember, that most of the time cheap is expensive. I urge you to try them.

I am delighted with the service from Plants by Post.
I ordered on the Tuesday and the plants arrived on the Friday. The plants were lovely, in excellent condition, well watered and fresh. They were beautifully packed in specially designed packing for plants with "fragile" marked tape and arrows for handling. I was so pleased with the service, I have just placed another order and have recommended the company to friends.

the two lavender standard trees were absolutely tiny, like bonsai, the picture was misleading to be honest, hopefully they’ll grow bigger in the fullness of time. luckily morrisons had full size lavender standard trees for less £13 each as opposed to £15. i would not use plants by post again unless i really had to...

Ordered a standard lavender plant. Service and follow up excellent. Plant arrived today as per delivery message. Very well packaged and in good condition. Will look lovely at my front door. First time I have used this company but would be happy to use them again based on the very good service and product they provided.

Stunning! My two euonymus Green Spire arrived this morning and out of all the plants I've ever ordered online from other firms, these have to be the best: big healthy plants in wonderful condition & beautifully packaged. I couldn't be more delighted.

Bought 36no. Buxus hedging plants in 9cm pots and couldn’t be more happy with them and the service I received. Strong, healthy, good sized plants, were well packaged and promptly delivered. At a much better price than many competitors I certainly will look to use this company again😊

Bought indoor snowdrops very poor quality never flowered just long green leaves. Very disappointing as birthday gift sent to very elderly mum to brighten lockdown but that did not happen. Will not use again.
