First time customer. I received my order today of 2 David Austin roses. I was stunned! First of all, out of all the mail order plants I’ve received, these roses were packed 20 out of 10! Then the roses themselves were just beautiful! They were full, over a foot tall, and looked extremely healthy. I ordered roses from another large rose company this year and they can’t even compare! I will be placing all my future plant orders with plant addicts!

I have been in the landscape industry for 25+ years and this has been by far the worst experience in dealing with a nursery plant vendor. Annuals arrived extremely undersized and damaged which is especially frustrating given the above market premium we pay for each plant. Despite claims of quality and standing behind their product, the outsourced customer service has done everything they can to delay and deflect to avoid reimbursing me for the damage plant material. I also have plant material that was ordered but still not shipped that I want canceled because of the horrible experience and they are doing everything they can to drag their feet to avoid canceling and refunding my money. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR PLANTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

Box was damaged some stem was broken. the plant was small for a 3Gallon rose bush. when you are paying over 70 dollars for it.

They had the plant I wanted. Their communication via emails from the time I placed the order to after receiving the plant has been informative & inviting. I laughed so hard when I first read the name Plant Addicts. I found folks who are addicted to plants & it’s reflected in the company name. I fleurapize (flower therapy). So glad I found this nursery. I like supporting family owned businesses.

Plants are healthy. I bought one mountain laurel last year 2025 and it is still healthy even with our strange weather. So this year I ordered more plants; all look healthy. My mountain laurel roots this year not as healthy as the kalimax

I received two small, beautiful and healthy plants. They've been planted in the two corner beds of my fenced backyard and have already grown inches in the very few short weeks they've been in the ground. No buds or blooms yet. I look forward to abundant blooms with subsequent hummingbird and butterfly visits! Thanks for the great service and beautiful, healthy and well-packaged plants.

The Polar Palms I ordered came in record time, well packaged in a secure box and in healthy condition. Being a family owned business is also a plus for me. I look forward to receiving my additional order that I hope to receive soon.

Plant addicts have wonderful native Texas plants that are sometimes hard to find, and t they arrive in great condition. All of my Plant Addict plants are already thriving this spring. Just ordered 3 more. Thank you!
