Don't order products from this site

Don't order products from this site. I placed an order and was told that I would NOT be charged until my order shipped. Within a day I was charged and received a "Your item has shipped" notice, however, the order shippng status stayed in "awaiting partner pick up in NY" for over a month. When I emailed asking for an updated status, I received an email asking me to give it a few more days. I then recieved another "Your item has shipped "notice with a changed status stating " awaiting partner pick up in CA". I got scammed....they charged me when they send the first "your item shipped" notice and then generated another shipping notice when I inquried about my order status. FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lesson learner, DON"T SHOP ON THIS SITE!

SHIPS FROM CHINA!?!?

AWFUL!!! Website said product ships from USA but it shipped from China and still has not arrived 2 months later!

Update: in response to customer service’s comment...there has been no solution provided (satisfactory or otherwise) after contacting customer service twice. I have no refund and no product. TERRIBLE experience.

Update: Still no resolution almost 3 months after the order was placed

DO NOT ORDER FROM PLANET SHOPPER

Ordered a month ago and was given a tracking number that went from Jamaica Ny to Oceanside Ca and I live in Florida. I get the same response every time that they are tracking my order. I have asked for a refund multiple times and I get the same response about they are tracking my order. I have asked my credit card to credit me back beware if f this company they are scammers. RIPPED OFF

Unprofessional company. Purchase delayed for over 1 month. Same excuse, "Your package is still in transit to your location". "Please wait a few more days". They give you a tracking order in the Chinese language and when you track it, it hasn't even left China. Requested a cancel and refund. 3rd request for a refund since it hasn't even been shipped and given the same excuse 3 times in a row. Do not order from this company. I am writing to the state attorney general and request direction. It's not about me anymore but other purchasers who are being taken advantage of.

No way to track purchase

I also ordered a product over one month ago. Says it shipped five days later, but when I try to open the site and use the “tracking number” they provided, the response is “your number is unknown...” I’ve looked at some other reviews and see that the company sends the same response to d dry one giving them a low rating (regardless of the complaint). Also, like another reviewer, I got the same message when clicking the link to “view order status”; “...may be trying to steal personal information”. This is a scam. I’ve canceled the credit card I used to buy my product. Obviously the “good” reviews are fake.

Ordered on April 17th! Cannot track it and it has not arrived!!!

I purchased the reflex ball for 19.95 usd cost me 32.03 CDN. I order it on April 16th! Received an email on April 24th saying it shipped but I still have not received it. Tried to reach the site to track it, was not a trustworthy site - my computer warned me not to open it! I sent an email to them from
The confirmation email they sent me and it redirected to some support at totemgeek dot com whichbounced back to me!!!!! This is not good news!!! On top on that I see now the same item on Ali express and wish for cheaper!!!! I really can’t stand these scams! I believed in them and for what!

I ordered 5 hats with shields ($65)…

I ordered 5 hats with shields ($65) from Planet shopper. Immediately after I received the order I contacted the company through their website using email. (there is no telephone number) to ask if these hats come in bigger size. There was no reply, so one week later I returned the hats, following the rules on the website for returns, I used UPS and the address for returns on their website. BTW the returns address on their website is wrong. The address for returns shows the city and state are both DE (Delaware), UPS corrected the address. I still have not heard from the company from the email weeks ago. Now today, UPS called me to say the company “refused” my package.
HOW CAN ANYONE SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD? Buyer beware.

Planet shopper returns

Planet shopper is the worst company I've ever ordered from. Their customer service department responded to emails only. There is no phone # to speak with anyone in customer service about your product and the address listed on the return policy is not true. The site is 100% misleading. Returns are not "simple and or risk free". The return shipping cost is on you, which would normally be ok BUT you will be returning to Hong Kong~not the address listed on the site! So, if you dare buy a product, do so with the intention to keep it whether its good or not. Buyer beware!

i am surprised by the good reviews

i am surprised by the good reviews, I haven't liked from ordering to delivery and now attempting to return. I know everything is helter skelter right now with the pandemic but it took a month to get my order which was face shields. by the time I got the order, we had gotten supplies at work. the shields are not as described, they fall off face, soooo not good when you work in an covid19 icu. no receipts or paperwork sent with order but they expect a receipt or paperwork with returns, also return policy states must be returned within 30days of purchase, it took almost 28 days to arrive. and of course return shipping is on us.

I ordered 2 bracelets 5 weeks ago. Never received.poor communication!

I ordered 2 bracelets 5 weeks ago.
( I received an email confirming my order with the promise of a future email notifying me of the items being shipped.)
I never received such email.
I waited & then contacted them stating that I was unable to track the order.
I was told 2 1/2 weeks ago they did an “ internal tracking & it should arrive shortly.)
Never happened!!
I have sent 5 additional emails & get an auto response & then received 2 email s, one from Jane one from Emma, stating basically no information about where my order is.
They have my money; and I never received my order!
Horrible customer service & follow through!
Do not purchase from this company!
