I also did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the ‘Giant Bubble Balls’ and received tiny balloons which the company insists are the right ones. After numerous emails and receiving automated responses, they advised me to return them at my expense! This company is totally bogus! Don’t waste your money!

I ordered the giant bubble balls and the reflex balls. I only got a partial order. They asked me to take a picture of what I received and email them back. Why do I need to take a picture of what I received if you have my order in front of you? They apologized for not fulfilling my order. I have been emailing them continually for over two months and they can't seem to get anything right. I have asked for a manager or supervisor to contact me and only get a response from "Jane" which I believe is just a general inbox and multiple people use it to respond to customers. Their service is the worst I have ever experienced and the product is mediocre at best. I have asked for a refund for the remaining items that were missed in my order and I have yet to receive a response back. This is a SCAM and not worth your time or money.

I would give them a 0 if I could. This Company's website is deceitful. I bought 3 giant amazing bubble balls and received three 8" Punch Balls. 1 was damaged, 1 lost air and I haven't touched the third. The only reason I bought through them is their Money back guarantee, no questions asked. They will not send me my money back; they want to send me more punch balls, that I did not order to begin with. I paid over $35.00 for theirs and found the same thing for $8.99 on Walmart's website. I put a review on their site and they do not show any reviews less than 4 stars. Based on reviews I see in other places, they are not being honest about this either. Please use caution.

Planet Shopper....SCAM!!! Well, my balls finally came. What a joke. As one reviewer said, they are cheap jelly type balls from China and the little handle broke off the first day. I will not try to get money back as apparently, it's impossible. Lesson learned!!!!!

I responded to an advertisement for "Buy 2 ActivePulse Boxing Reflex Balls & Get 1 Free". When I got to the checkout I was charged for the free one and there was no way to cancel or correct the order. I tried to contact them immediately but of course got no response. I sent a chat message and an email to them. When I finally got a response it said that my order had been shipped and that I needed to contact them with in 12 hours. I also contacted PayPal to stop the order but they processed it anyway! Needless to say I believe this is a scam! I am also very unhappy with PayPal as they did not even contact me for details and there is no way to contact their customer service. Very Unhappy!

Very bad experience! I bought 3 “Amazing Bubble Balls” for $34.90. These are nothing more than balloons with handles built in. No instructions on how to inflate, either. I ruined one trying to inflate it. I asked for my money back, And even though the package had a return address of “18501 Arenth Ave., City of Industry, CA 91748”, they said I would have to return the balloons at MY cost ((which would be $28 from Lincoln, Nebraska) to:

Do not buy from PLANET SHOPPER! If you have any problems with an order, you will be directed to another part of the PLANET for resolution. And, it’s going to cost you! And there’s no tracking with the $28 ship-to-China rate, so at this point, I would assume all they do is claim they never received the returned items, even if I did mail them to China.

Paid for "amazing giant balls" instead received low quality "jelly balls". I have sent 9 emails to "Jane" i now realize she is a computer. Filed a complaint with BBB, but I think this should be referred to Dist. Attorney office for BAIT AND SWITCH. I encourage you to do the same.

They advertise the Amazing Bubble Ball but I don't believe it exists or they don't actually sell it. They sent me the wrong items, refused to admit they sent me the wrong items, and also said I had to send back wrong items at my own cost - to China. It was such a scam and I felt bad for my kids who thought they were getting something cool and, in reality, was pretty lame.

Total rip off!!!! Do not be fooled. You will not get what you order but they will take your money. Website, customer service totally fake.

I bought three giant bubble balls. They pop the day you take them out. We didn't even take them outside. I left a review on their site and it never showed up. It just disappeared the second I submitted it. Complete waste of money.

I cancelled an order not even 10 MINUTES after placing.
They emailed me to confirm a refund then emailed again over and over and over to say they would NOT refund me because it had been over 24 hours!?!?
Ten minutes is now 24 hours???
Then after three days of back and forth , they shipped the inferior product anyway !
It’s embarrassing, this inferior product was shippers off as a gift , I cannot intercept.
Terrible customer service and terrible product.
The real reviews turned me off to the product 100%

UPDATE: They emailed and confirmed it was their fault and then cancelled my entire account and NEVER SHIPPED THE ORDER so i paid 40 some dollars for 2 rubber balls and never had them delivered.

I also ordered the Amazing Giant Balloon Ball for $14.95 ea buy two get one free plus $4.95 shipping. A month later received three Jelly Balloon Balls. “Jane” also told me the product packaging was changed but correct product that I ordered. Sent her pics of what ordered and what received. Was told the bigger ball was out of stock but I got what I ordered. Want complete refund says I will have to pay shipping. Thru PayPal complaint she offered me half refund. I am requesting a full refund plus my shipping cost. Won’t get it prob but its the principle that is in play now. This is false advertising.
Update: 16 Aug 2020. Of course have not gotten a half refund. Was told to close my dispute in PayPal and they wld send me refund via email. Said a glitch in PayPal system won’t let them refund money. Then says will refund total amount if I return items. Gave me return address in Hong Kong. Postage was gonna be $27.00. I asked for prepaid shipping label they say do not furnish them. Today I referred case to PayPal for them to make a final decision.
Update: 17 Aug 2020. PayPal took less than 24 hr to close my dispute in my favor. I was refunded for the complete amount of $34.90. PayPal is the best. I have never had an issue with them.

I order giant bubble balls on 6/16/20 and it took til 7/29/20 to receive it. First they use the carrier Yanwen and once it gets to USA from China, it goes to Newgistics. That was the problem because it got hung up from 7/6 - 7/29 at the partner facility (USPS).

Now for the product, those giant bubble balls were garbage. The little piece you stick into the ball to blow up, does not go in. I had to use a tire pump with that small needle to blow it up. One ball, I made a hole in it, the other deflated 1 day later. Oh well, just threw $35 out the window.

Don't waste you money because you will be totally dissatistfied.

Planet Shopper is truly a SCAM. Those balls they show for kids are a joke. Do not buy from them.

I would highly recomend not purchasing anything from Planet Shopper, go elsewhere! I ordered masks in May, they never showed up. After waiting one month, the customer service rep, Jane informed me that they would send a second package of masks. Another month goes by and they don't materialize either. I informed Jane of this and was issued half of the refund. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for the other half. This is 2.5 months later. Who knows if I will see the other half. There are lots of other companies who will treat you much better. I have had great experiences with Wish, Alibaba, and Amazon among others.

I fell for it...like so many others. Total ripoff. Don’t shop here....and don’t shop from the ads on Pinterest. Both companies (well, not sure Planet Shopper is actually a company) should be ashamed of themselves. I will see how they respond, but I don’t have my hopes up. Says 90 day unconditional money back guarantee...well it took 60 to receive the product and the amazing giant bubble balloons are far from amazing and definitely not giant. I feel so stupid.

I placed an order July for the giant bubble ball. Haven’t received it yet. Can’t find where the tracking order can be filled in

1 star required before you can leave a review... 0 minus would be more accurate... Not as seen or described, absolute junk from the packaging to zero inside. Numerous attempts to obtain refund. These are responses received:

They told me that you received the correct product according to the price that was stated on our website.

The biggest balloon was already out of stock which is $60 up.

I wish I would have found this site to see the reviews. I'm very unhappy with Amazon FB and whom ever else sponsored these balls/ballons. They come in not the colors expected and arrive way later. With no instructions and the return and exchange policy is crap. They keep the money from customers to pay for their adds on social media. I didn't call them for all the frustration is have to go threw. 40 dollars and not a happy kid NOT the correct product or what the ad portrays ITS America people taken for a ride!!! No fun In the sun during covid19

In April 2020 I purchased "The Amazing Giant Bubbles" I did not receive the items until 7-19-20. The package contained three balls labeled "Jelly Balloon Ball". I contacted their customer service and explained the discrepancy and I was told I received the correct order. I contacted customer service twice and included a picture of what I received the same response. I will never shop with Planet Shopper again. If this is any example of their shopping experience it is poor.
