I bout the giant bubbles that you can blow up or put water in them for the children to play with. They were NOT worth the expensive amount of money I paid for them! They all popped and got holes in them as we were filling them up and as soon the children started playing with them. I would NEVER buy theses again or believe the company’s word on their quality.

Below is my original post. I did finally reach customer service (Don’t use the one ending in .co) , but they are claiming the three Glow in the Dark Balloons (that’s the label on the package) they sent are the same thing as the Amazing Bubble Ball. Last I checked Ball and Balloon aren’t the same thing. I’d give this company zero stars if I could.

Old post: It’s been months. I ordered an Amazing Giant Bubble Ball April 15 for $40. Almost three months later you sent three little blow up balloons that were theoretically supposed to glow in the dark (they didn’t) and they were certainly not worth $40. You say on this website you’re sorry you didn’t meet expectations and tell me to contact customer service, but that link is a dead link. I’ve noticed some positive reviews lately, so either you’re back in business doing legitimate work and you will SATISFY the order, or you’re getting people to post fake raving reviews. Which is it Planet Shopper?

STAY AWAY! Amazing bubble balls still not delivered. Ordered June 18 th. Never got a confirmation email. Repeated tries to talk to somebody. “Tracking system” shows it has been at the same station for 7 days. My bank is giving me a refund as they check into this SCAM of a company.

THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. GOT 2 FOR OUR 6 AND 4 YEAR OLD GRAND KIDS AND THEY BLEW THEM UP TO ONLY 15 INCHES AND ONE OF THEM POPPED, INSIDE THE HOUSE! I AGREE, YOU CAN FIND NO RECENT GOOD REVIEWS, THERE IS A REASON WHY. ALSO TOOK 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THIS. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT DOUBT IT IS COMING. DONT BUY THESE BALLOONS!!

Most frustrating experience EVER. I'm so used to good online customer service these days. While the rep was so kind they do not stand by their "Unconditional money-back guarantee". Our product was nothing like the ones pictured. She confirmed we received the correct product by sending me two photos of actual item, again ... nothing like what was pictured on the product page. I'm now 12 emails in and have not received a refund. The reviews on the site are only showing the 4 and 5-star reviews, as my 1-star rating is still not visible. I'm beyond frustrated at wasting my money on a crap product. Not to mention my kids were so disappointed. Why didn't I come to Trustpilot first!?!!

BUT, EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING IS THAT THIS COMPANY IS NON-RESPONSIVE TO MY CONCERN, AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM. MY EMAILS CONTINUE TO NOT BE ABLE TO BE DELIVERED.

I am only giving them 1 star because it won't let not give them zero stars. They do not stand behind their money back guarantee or customer satisfaction 100% refund for a defective item. Our ball broke less then 5 minuets outside. Emailed them and the only option is to take another crape product. Do not buy from them.

Purchased the ball in which the advertisement was deceiving. I thought we were getting the larger ball however; my grandson was very happy to receive normal size ball. He played with the ball for less than 30 minutes after waiting 3 months for it to arrive and it burst (which the advertisement said that it was really durable and would not burst). I am very disappointed. I am trying to email the company and the email address provided isn't a valid email. I just need someone to resend another one. My 3-year-old grandson is crying for one.

They were running a sale on Amazing GIANT Bubble Balls buy 2 get 1 free for $39.99. No tracking. Took almost an entire month to receive them, apparently b/c they come from China on a ship, and have to pass thru customs first(major delay). Then I received small blow up balls that get just larger than an adult head-not at all what I wanted. After I figured out their email address(link is spelled wrong on their website-on purpose I believe), they said you received what you ordered. After several communications via email(no phone#), they said sorry for your frustration, but you received what was priced. Amazing GIANT balls are $60 per ball. I told them their website is VERY deceptive and they need to stop false advertising. This is a SCAM. I asked them to send the GIANT ones and return address label, and once I received them, I would send back the wrong merchandise. Jane said "sorry for your frustration, but you received what you ordered." This is a SCAM-avoid them at all costs! I'd give them a 0 or -1 rating if I could.

Horrible experience. Bought their bubble ball and it got a hole in it in the first few hours of playing with it. Their website says money back guarantee no questions asked but what they don't list in their guarantee is all the conditions. So I cannot get a refund for a broken product that we didn't like, I have to take a replacement. Don't trust this company.

My first and last order from planetshopper.  I ordered 3 of their amazing giant bubble balls as advertised paid Canadian$ 55.00. Received three 'Jelly Balls' size like more #5 soccer ball.

I ordered their amazing giant bubble ball , originally $40 got 15. Was really excited, if you look at the picture would be great him got grandkids. What a Disappointment, there is no way to get water in them the hole is so small and you need pressure. They did not blow up any bigger than the kids heads. The rubber handle broke within minutes. The only water they could get in the ball made it about the size of a soft ball, which they threw back and forth and broke in minutes. I have never been so disgusted at product before. I wrote a similar note to company. Their response was, yes you ordered the right thing, have a nice day. Unbelievable, I would never order anything again.

They must have paid someone to write good reviews because this is a scam. Waited and waited for these huge bubble balls and got 5 disappointed grandkids when basically 9” balloons came. This is a scam

I order those Amazing Balls at the end of May. Mid-June I contacted the company. They told me to be patient. I contacted them again at the end of June. They said that my order had shipped. I waited some more. This week I received three 'Jelly Balls' stuffed into a small, plastic envelope. There was neither gel nor nozzle included as there should have been. I contacted the company. They said I could return the incomplete order but I had to pay shipping. I contacted them again because I should not have to pay to return something they did not finish. That was several days ago and I have heard nothing. I strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere.

Nothing but BAD! Not only have I never received my order but am getting no help to track my order....it’s been almost 5 weeks of disappointing my family as well as losing my money. I will NEVER recommend this site. I am pissed.

FINALLY received an order from them but not what i paid for. I ordered the amazing giant bubble Ball (6 total) but received some small little glow in the dark jelly balls. What!!! Ive contacted them and they assured me i gor what i ordered. Trying to get a refund but i HIGHLY doubt it will happen. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered 2 Amazing Giant Bubble Balls (during pandemic so shipping was very, very slow). I was initially given an incorrect shipping number and tried to contact customer service multiple times. When I did get a hold of them I was given the correct shipping number but had to wait nearly two months to receive the items. When they arrived, they were both damaged and not at all what was described.

Very disappointed. I requested a full refund, but have not received a response yet.

Received my order it’s great product.
