Great website!

The company did a good job representing what I was buying and provided great descriptions. My only shock was having another site pop-up when the ID check was performed. First time purchaser, so I had to confirm that was a legit site too. Otherwise great experience.

Can’t unsubscribe from mailing list

The lengthy and involved age- verification process was annoying- especially given that I’m in my 60’s and have ordered several times in the past.
More importantly, none of the links to unsubscribe from the mailing list actually work.

You’ll feel like a part of the potv family

Easily the best shop to buy anything to satisfy your vaping needs. From beginner to connoisseur, they have something for everyone. Their customer service was prompt, helpful, and assisted me in fixing an issue I had with a product. Within hours, I had feedback about the issue I was having and had a solution same day. Will be a loyal customer due to feeling taken care of and having an enjoyable shopping experience with potv!

First tinymight was broken..

First tinymight was broken this was the second one I received. Seems to be working. But the return process was terrible and it took forever for the second tinymight to get to me.

Great products, great customer service

They make great products, and their customer service was just as great. I used my lobo daily for over 400 days straight, thousands of uses, before I had an issue. I brought it to their customer service department, who quickly got a new one in the mail to me at no charge. Can't ask for more than that!
