Had a v2 loved it but sadly after 4 years it died. This one is an all around upgrade and has USB C charging. My only gripe about the v2. 100% recommend
I honestly can’t recommend Planet of the Vapes anymore after this experience.
I ordered a Lobo Enthusiast Set during the 4/20 sale and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into weeks of frustration and terrible customer service.
First, I waited TWO WEEKS just for one small part of the order — the insert for the RYOT/Vac container. Then I waited another week hoping the rest of the order would finally ship. Nothing. Then another week passed with no updates.
Trying to contact customer service was even worse. Apparently they don’t actually monitor their phone lines, which is unbelievable for a company this size. The only option is email, where you first deal with what feels like an AI bot instead of a real person.
After several days, someone finally replied with the generic “sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll ship it out right away.” Fine. Except when I checked the invoice, I noticed they completely left out the replacement battery that was SUPPOSED to be included in the Enthusiast Set.
So now it’s not even the full set I paid for.
What really annoyed me is they didn’t even acknowledge the missing battery until I caught it myself and had to point it out to them. No proactive solution, no replacement offer, no effort to make things right. Just a refund for the battery amount and basically “oh well.”
For a company that markets itself as premium and community-focused, this level of service is embarrassing. Long delays, poor communication, no real phone support, and incomplete orders.
Huge disappointment.

Their products work great and over deliver for the price. Customer service is paramount. I had an issue with an order and it was taken care of that day. There was a hole in the shipping bag and part of my order fell out during the shipping process. I let them know right away and the missing item shipped the next day.
I was pleasantly surprised when I requested help on a part. I had recently ordered that I felt was defective. The initial response came within several hours and explained the next several steps. That was followed up with another email shortly after. They made sure my issue was resolved and I had no further needs. Additionally, they told me they were going to close the ticket but to follow up with any issues and they could reopen it. Every experience I’ve had with planet of vape has been great. They will continue to be my number one supplier of this type of product. To say that my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement.
I have been making orders through Planet of the Vapes for a few years now. I couldn’t ask for better service and delivery. Fantastic company.
Great selection of products! Needed a spare O-ring and mesh screen for my POTV Lobos. Placed the order online and had my replacement parts in just a few days.
The cap you have to "pop off" is very difficult to get open. Personally feel it should cook a little better
But serves purpose. Just a pain to open

Shipped fast. Quality product. I bought the Xmax Oont pro and am very happy with it. I'm an occasional smoker so I didn't need anything too expensive. At $50 it feels like I stole it. It heats up fast and is easy to use. I ordered an extra capsule because it only comes with one. It makes for easier cleaning. All in all a great product that I would buy again if I lost it or it breaks.
Pricing, communications, speed of shipping, support of billing methods, accuracy of web information all very high-level.
The only downsides: arbitrary bundling of accessories that I will never use; failure by default to provide a concise invoice (needed by some vendors for warranty purposes), and intrusion of AI when I inquired about the invoice issue.
Easy to order. Arrived intact relatively quick. Website has plenty of info to get started for novices like me. So far, I love the product, process and effects. I couldn’t be happier!
I have been waiting for an international delivery to the UK for nearly 3 months. I’ve emailed POTV 3 times with no response whatsoever. My initial 1 star review on here was followed by a bot response which said they’d be in touch. Whilst they did request my details through Trustpilot I’ve still had no response from POTV. Seems like they care more about their image on this site than just responding to customer emails. No doubt there will be another bot response under this review. Don’t be fooled they are not contacting customers, just making people believe they are.
At this moment in time, POTV has essentially stolen my money! I would not trust this company if buying from outside USA.
An update on this. POTV came through with response and the product had been rejected by customs. They have refunded and offered a gift voucher also. So appreciate the response, eventually! Have advised that they should highlight this for oversees buyers if this is standard for UK customs.
