Returns are difficult
Returns are difficult; defaults to giving a gift card credit rather than to original payment. method. You have to dig with the Navar system they use for returns - it tries to tell you that you set your preferences to gift cards credits when you have not. Also if you return for any other reason than sizing they won't let you proceed with return without uploading a photo and explanation of what was "not as expected." Won't order from them again because of this.

Never disappointed !!!!
Delivery is always in the time frame given. The quality of the clothing is very good, not made cheap. Pink Lilly always has great sales, returns are made very easy.

Poor customer service
I ordered a dress for my daughter and the sizing was off. I was told to contact them for help with an exchange but when I did nobody contacted me back. I have contacted them 3 separate times now and still nobody has contacted me back.
Edit since I can't reply: I have already emailed 3 separate times about this and nobody has responded to me, hence this review.
