I don’t understand why Pin-Up blocked my account after forcing me to complete 5–6 different verification steps. They never explained which “fake document” I supposedly submitted. Every single document I provided was 100% original, including payment proofs and statements.

After all my effort, they still blocked my account without any valid reason. If my account is not unblocked, I will expose this unfair behavior on every possible social media platform. I have kept all evidence and will not hesitate to share it publicly.

I registered on pin up and I verified my account on 26 July 2025. At first I was losing bets but when I won some bets my withdrawal was block and I was asked to do additional verification a video verification. After many days I was asked to provide my Electricity bill and after many days I was asked to provide a contract I had with my mobile number telephone provider. I have done all expect the written contract because MTN NG doesn't give such documents but I provide them with video evidence that my mobile number belongs to me using MYMTN app. My withdrawal is still blocked. I have 221 USD in my balance. It is obvious they are looking for an excuse to take my money. They are beginning to behave like scammers.

This PINUP adopted my money, recently on 25.08.2025 date. I transfered about 250 USD to the card which they provided to me. But i could not prove this action. I sent all documents, bank statement, cardtocard successful transaction receipt but they avoid all and my 250 USD flow away.
I asked to my bank also they says that this amount successfully transfered to PINUP provided card by code RRN (transaction number) 18574452573 . But PINUP without checking them bank account replies .

I have been using since 2 days. I Wager a bonus of 10000k. After wagering requirement I won 72000k.when I go to withdrawal they told me you have to verify your account then withdrawal will be available.then i finished my verification process and it's done. Big Scammer Site. They just scam my 189,000 BDT almost 1,500$ . without any reason they asked my payment method statement and after given they just blocked my account and accused me of fraud. ( I didn’t take any bonus from them) .I told them to check my bkash statement via online to clarify that it’s all original and in my name but they just blocked my account with my fund.
