Initially things went really well -until they didn’t!
I cannot recall the amount of times I have had to contact pill time via emails,live chat,phone calls and WhatsApp.
It seems that for the last 6 months especially,I have had to contact them regarding almost every prescription, which isn’t easy,late replies,no replies and phone calls that get cut off after waiting forever!
Problems including late delivery, no delivery.Also no updates on prescription status on the app,leaving me wondering if the tablets are going to be late again.
Lack of online communication between the surgery systems not linking to the pill time app resulting in no tablets arriving.The last straw was today when opening my pouch to find 3 important tablets missing. Suffice to say I will not be using pill time again. Great concept but in reality this just isn’t working!

After sitting for over an hour sorting out my dad’s meds for the month and thumb killing me/us, I thought there must be an easier way of doing this so googled it and PillTime came up. Applied waiting for the catch and done and dusted. PillTime delivered all my dads and my medication in a lovely little dispenser each so to say the least, absolutely chuffed and wish I’d found them sooner.

I have been using pilltime for over a year now to start off with there system of ordering and delivering the goods were 100% for a few months then down hill fast almost went else where till they got there new system up and running properly which took a few months now all is ok for the past 2 months fingers crossed that it continues

Very poor….I keep getting that many notifications that I need to order my medication but I have already ordered it…then it takes for ages to receive any medication. My husband gets his medication from yourselves a lot quicker than I do and I order them both at the same time. I do not know if I am coming or going and this just adds more frustration to your life as I am forever checking to see if my medication has been ordered, then checking to see if it has been shipped.
Also the pouches are getting a poor quality, they either fail to tear off correctly or they fail to open in the right spot, you then end up with all your medication over the floor.
There is one GOOD point, your customer services are great, they are lovely and very helpful and they are all UK nationals, so understanding them is not a problem, please do not move away from this, well done.

Tablets were supplied as 3 times per day, but should be twice per day. Have never taken a “bedtime” tablet.

For the first time in quite a while my medication was correct, and all pouched.
I must thank Megan, on the Customer Service Team, for taking the time to help me when I was trying to resolve a recent issue. Megan is what Customer Service should always be like.

Initially received a good price for Wegovy, received regular emails asking me to reorder. Was late trying to order last prescription and was denied the monthly discount, very disappointing!
Having read their reply, still very disappointed as I when I signed up to Pill Time I still had to finish the previous suppliers injections. Therefore there was delay in starting injections from Pill time. Hence why I was delayed in applying for my next prescription. Their reply is not satisfactory, as I wasn’t aware of the ‘new timing’ of reordering.

I will be ordering again next month. Every pharmacy has their ups and downs. As long as I have plenty in stock at home! Just in case something happens then I’m happy to continue with them
