I had booked a 3 night Hotel break, due to family issues I couldn't go on the dates, I sent an email and before long my hotel break was cancelled and new dates to suit me were booked. I am delighted with their understanding and the speed at which my request was dealt with. Thank you Courtney.

I had a problem: The system was using my old (defunct) email address and the voucher I had bought didn't arrive.
I contacted the administration team and Courtney sorted the problem out for me very quickly.

The customer service I received was amazing. I have used Pigsback many times for varies stays and products over the years and I have never had one issue.
This is the first time I had to contact the customer service team and they were exceptional (I dealt directly with Courtney Customer Services Manager) my query was dealt with so quickly, the communication was fab from the team and they were incredibly helpful and understanding.
I have to say my experience was 10/10 and while I hope I don't need to contact Customer Services again, I will be using Pigsback again in a heartbeat.
