I bought a gift for a friend for…!!!!

I bought a gift for a friend for christmas that was available untill the end of March for Leonardo in Galway.
Ther was no availability at all from 1st week of January 2024 or any month after
I am still upset that I only got 80% Back as a discount code!

Ordered on Nov 19th

Ordered on Nov 19th, still nothing on Dec 30th. Opened a ticket mid Dec to follow up, told would receive package in 3 working days. Still nothing. went to follow up on my ticket and they closed it. I've reopened it but I won't hold my breath. Shocking service and even worse customer experience.

Unhappy

I received the goods, it took a long time to arrive, it is impossible to track the delivery. The goods arrived without packaging or documents. I don't recommend it. Unreliable.

Exercise Bike for people below 152cm or 5 foot only - BEWARE!

I have been a satisfied customer of Pigsback for years so I ordered an "Exercise Bike with LCD Display" from them some weeks ago. I assembled it when it arrived to find the highest height of the saddle was 27.5", not suitable for anyone over 152cm or 5 foot tall. At lower levels it would be suitable for children or very small people. The assembly instructions were minimal and I had to make some adjustments to fit the mechanism for the belt resistance to fit.

The dimensions of the bike Dimensions: 64 x 41 x 104 cm (L x W x H) were in the description but I thought they described the lowest saddle level as the description said "The saddle can be adjusted vertically to fit your height".

I checked the suppliers description of the bike (Vida XL) and it stated that "This bike is not suitable for tall people: before purchasing please check the size carefully". The Pigsback description did not state this at the time and at the time of writing this review does not state this.

I am by no means tall at 160cm or 5'3" but the highest level of the saddle on this exercise is too low for me to cycle comfortably.

1) If you are over 152cm or 5" tall do not purchase this exercise bike.
2) Pigsback - please make it more clear on your description that the exercise bike is suitable only for people BELOW 152cm or 5" tall.

I am very disappointed because this has been a complete waste of money.

Very good Value

Very pleased with the product - exactly as described - very good value and seems to be good quality.
Delivery took a little longer than originally estimated on the site but tracking info was provided which was helpful, as was the email communication.
I would definitely use pigsback again.

Pigsback received an order from me on…

Pigsback received an order from me on 27/11/23 for Emma mattress. The mattress has never been received. I have been emailing both places to no avail. I would not recommend purchasing through pigsback or from Emma considering neither company have sorted my issue but took full payment on date above. To add insult to injury Emma Mattress have an offer up still to buy their mattresses through pigsback but have done nothing for me but ask for same details again and again as pigsback have also. I have been in touch with the Consumer Rights because I’m getting nowhere with either place. They both are a DISGRACE

Good Morning Pigsback, why would you upload a message stating you need my information from me when you sent me an email stating my order was shipped. Also why did I receive an email from pigsback last night stating that my order has not been processed on your side and apologising for delay. I also replied to the email last night. I would appreciate if Pigsback could be honest in their reply. If you would like I have no problem uploading Pigsbacks emails showing confirmation of order received confirmation of order shipped. Last night’s email stating the order hasn’t been processed on your side. Please do NOT try to flip the script AGAIN.
Pigsback have treated me horrendously since 27/10/23 when I placed this order. I put in the wrong date at the top of this review. Since the 27/10/23 I placed my order.
I would appreciate pigsback carrying out my order and fixing all the wrongs they have done regarding my “rights” instead of trying to deflect from their treatment of a customer.
11.55am 30/11/23.
I have spent my morning still trying to get my mattress from either Pigsback or Emma but both companies have blamed each other. All one company wants is the name of who I spoke to in the other. I have just been offered a full refund from Pigsback even though I received an offer from Pigsback to me by name offering me a deal on an Emma mattress, I also have been offered a full refund from Pigsback but if I accepted the refund that’s issue closed. I have been advised that I am entitled to compensation and my item due to way I have been treated misled and kept waiting on an outcome even up to the last email just received.
I would NEVER deal with either of these companies again and I would never recommend them to anyone ever. My opinion is if Emma are such a great mattress etc why not give a customer the same brilliant experience when trying to get issues sorted.
If Pigsback truly cares about the customer why am I getting offers on Emma mattresses and then being told that they’ll give me refund but don’t have mattress. It’s absolutely ridiculous and demeaning to treat a customer in such a way by both companies.
I’m sorry for the long review but I want EVERY other person to read of my experience with these places before parting with hard earned cash. Especially if it takes this long to get a fair outcome.
I will keep everyone updated as this continues

Incorrect product recieved with no solution provided

Ordered 3 of the same style radiator covers, one was sent in the wrong style. When i reached out to get it rectified , the service agent told me the pictures were for illustrative purposes only. So even though they have a number of styles with different names, you might not get the style you want. Also as they were assembled by the time I noticed , this was a further issue, although as i didnt assemble im not sure if it was clear from the box that they were different. Overall very disapointed by the product and the service.
