I was put through to a lovely gentleman, Joseph. He was very calm, courteous and compassionate during our conversation and I felt at ease during this upsetting time. I was rest assured throughout.

Death of the Acct Holder…

The person who dealth with my inquiries was very helpful and very compassionate regarding the Death of my husband. We need more advisers like her but sorry i forgot her name. And thank you for solving the matter.

Dealing with my father's estate and…

Dealing with my father's estate and death, Donna was extremely helpful and caring explaining absolutely everything this morning in terms I could understand and has completely reassured me and my mother in regards to outstanding balances my father owed. She has taken into account my own personal health issues at the moment and put everything on hold so I'm not having to deal with everything at once. Her caring and compassionate nature has made this experience a little easier to deal with. Thank you

Gentleman was very polite

Gentleman was very polite, helpful and respectful that we had only lost our father a few months ago.
He clearly explained that any remaining household bills go to them and once we have access to money from a estate we pay a final bill.

Excellent service

My recent conversation with Malcolm was the last in over a year of conversations with various people; and I cannot fault the service I received. From the first to the last all staff have been friendly, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. They have all demonstrated empathy and understanding and taken the time necessary to listen and explain. Other companies could benefit from such excellent customer service

Everything was explained clearly

Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel pressured. I was shown empathy when I explained that this was being asked for almost a year to the date if the 1st anniversary of my husbands death. He died 17 April last year so it was a year to the day when he had died.
