Maintenance call with Dr Mel
I had a great maintenance call with Dr Mel today. It was such a pleasure to speak to her - she is so warm, positive and knowledgeable. She seemed genuinely delighted about my weight loss success and reassured me that she would take a tailored approach to maintenance to help me keep the weight off. Dr Mel treated me like an individual and took the time to understand my medical conditions and how they affect my maintenance needs. I’m so glad I booked a call with Dr Mel and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. I am delighted with the service I have received from Pharmulous, from my orders which are always dispatched swiftly and received in perfect condition to the excellent maintenance call today. Excellent experience
Excellent experience, i switched pharmacy to Pharmulous and it was seamless. And they do one of the best maintenance plans on the market, and they were cheaper than my previous pharmacy for weight loss. They also let you choose DPD delivery which give you a 1 hour time slow. They let you pick Royal Mail too but that could turn up any time that day. I highly recommend Pharmulous for weight loss.

Post Surgery Review & Maintenance Appointment
I had previously been on Mounjaro from December 2024 until April 2026 and had to stop due to planned surgery where the consultant required me to be off the medication for 6 weeks plus. I have been a Pharmulous customer from September 2025 and have never had a bad experience. I had my first consult around maintenance with Dr Amel in March 2026, she was extremely helpful, personable and provided the best holistic and personal advice possible on the run up to my surgery, how to taper down and maintenance advice. We agreed to meet again post surgery to discuss my maintenance options and recovery. At this appointment Dr Amel, was very interested in my journey/experience, my recovery as well as understanding what I hoped to achieve by restarting the medication. Her interest was both genuine and professional, I did not feel rushed and felt the advice was very appropriate, supportive and made from a place of sound clinical rationale. After the review I followed up with discharge letters, progress photos and information from my wound clinic review the following day, which Dr Amel reviewed swiftly and approved my order. Overall another excellent experience with Pharmulous and Dr Amel - thanks again for everything!

Easy site to navigate and once you’ve completed your assessment and been recommended your treatment options, it’s simple to create your order and proceed.
It usually takes a couple of days for the pharmacist to approve the order, but once done you get your prescription pretty much the next day!
Pharmulous has been fabulous and an absolute lifesaver for me, thank you! I’ve used them 3 times now and will continue to come back again and again…
My only gripe/suggestion as that once you’ve registered and return to the site for a repeat prescription, there’s no option to bypass the assessment again. This is a little frustrating, but not a major issue. Hopefully something can be done in the future as I’m on HRT and will need to keep returning every 12 weeks, for life 🤞🏼
