Brilliant Transition after Previous Awful Experience.
After having the most horrendous experience with Dr Frank’s by not getting any response via email and phone lines were unavailable, culminating in going without medication for 4 weeks, I contacted by phone Pharmulous, relieved I could actually speak to someone. I explained my predicament and was reassured that they would be able to help, to fill in the relevant on-line form and also send a video in. I was assessed the next day and sent my prescription straight away. The level of care and professionalism is in a different league to what I have previously experienced and feel extremely pleased to have been able to move over to Pharmulous.

I’ve had such a positive experience…
I’ve had such a positive experience with Pharmulous throughout my whole weight loss journey. From the very beginning, the support has been amazing, especially the 1:1 consultation.
It was so reassuring to speak directly with the doctor, and even more lovely as I recognised them from TikTok—it made the whole experience feel much more personal and genuine. They really took the time to listen, answer my questions, and put me at ease.
I’ve felt supported every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pharmulous to anyone considering starting their journey. Truly a 5-star service!

Flexible maintenance
My weight loss experience was initially with another company. Having reached my goal last year I was very happy, but found it difficult to maintain my goal weight. My previous company didn't offer any support with weight gain other than to offer dietary tips. Having struggled with my weight all my adult life I know enough weight tips to write the book myself! Luckily I found Pharmulous and Dr Amal who understands weight loss and maintenance. I am now embarking on a flexible programme that will help me to regain my target weight and maintain it by only using Mounjaro as and when I need to,
