I had a bed bug issue in my London flat for around six months. Rentokil carried out five spray treatments but failed to resolve the problem. Thermopest came out and eliminated the infestation in just one visit using heat treatment. Gavin was easy to deal with throughout the process.

Gavin was great, was able to get me a next day heat treatment. Its been a week and no bed bugs, so fingers crossed it worked.

I would not recommend this company after spending £2000 on heat treatment that failed I had to send multiple messages with photos for them to return causing great stress and anxiety dealing with them.
Finally they agreed and did a spot heat treatment which didn't do anything for the problem. Still getting bitten and they refuse to return to retreat until photo proof is provided. However this was not a requirement when originally hiring the company, they were happy to treat with no photo proof and it wasn't mentioned that it would be needed after, for them to retreat. Being disabled makes bending and searching for bugs that are notoriously good at hiding during the day very hard. So I’m left looking for another company despite this company being my last hope, as it’s become to stressful dealing with Gavin anymore. The guarantee they can rid you of bugs is worthless

I had a bed bug scare, and after shopping for an exterminator found some who did not view pictures or do any kind of viewing only offered treatment that was very costly. Im so glad I contacted James who immediately told me over the phone he doubted they were bed bugs (no symptoms/bites) after sending pictures and getting some more information, he confirmed with another specialist and got back to me very quickly to tell me what they were (black book lice ) and how to treat with absolutely no cost. Right at Christmas I could not be more grateful! Can’t recommend enough.
