Craig was so knowledgeable, professional and personable during this whole ordeal. I found a bed bug the week before I was meant to move house and was obviously extremely stressed about bringing them to my new place. As soon as I got in touch with Craig, he answered all of my questions, talked me through the whole heat treatment process, and made it out to my flat less than three days later. He also sent me updates during the treatment, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend, he is a great person and totally put me at ease, he really knows what he's doing!

Could not recommend them enough, we had just had a baby and I found the firm online. Craig said to phone for a few quotes first for peace of mind and if we were happy to come back to him. We definitely made the right choice he was professional throughout and more importantly really cared about fixing the issue for us. Since the treatment Craig has phoned a couple of times to check if we've had any issues and we have not had any issues coming up to 3 weeks now. Folowing several weeks of being bitten (and traumatised) by what we had thought might be bed bugs, we researched best solutions and came accross Craig and his company.
We called, luckily caught him on the way back from a previous job, and he was with us in an hour.
We had agreed on a cost for an initial survey ahead of potential heat treatment but after conducting an assessment, Craig concluded that carpet beetles and not bed bugs were our issue. He suggested ways to deal with the problem ourselves but still carried out a preliminary spray treatment and then charged less than the agreed cost as it hadn't taken him as long as he had thought.
Craig could easily have taken advantage but put us at ease with the situation and was professional throughout and honest with his advise.
Although now unable to comment on the heat treatment procedure, we would totally recommend Craig for his thorough approach, professional attitude and total honesty.

Craig and his colleague were absolute professionals from start to finish. Communication ahead of inspection was brilliant which was very reassuring. Craig came to inspect our house ahead of a potential heat treatment but he couldn’t see any signs of bed bugs and as we hadn't been bitten for almost a week he told us that we should wait another week or so to see how we got on. Craig is a really decent man and even gave us our deposit back as he knew this was a large sum of money for a young family. There seems to be a lot of rouge traders in this industry but Craig certainly isn't one. Thank you Craig - we really appreciate it!

There aren’t many people you’ll find willing to talk about bed bugs after nine o’clock at night but Craig is one of those people. His WhatsApp communication is an outstanding service. He was so reassuring and sensible, I especially like the ‘don’t panic’ page on his website. I would advise going there first! Craig carried out a thorough inspection of my property and found no trace whatsoever of any pests. I was extremely relieved. Craig and his team gave me my life back! The bed bug experience left me slightly traumatised after. The slightest mark on my skin with a red tint made me go crazy. Whenever I had these stresses Craig was so reassuring with his words. Craig understands that having bed bugs can leave psychological worries too. I contacted another company initially who failed to get rid of the bugs and they were very unprofessional in their behaviour. Superb service - completely eradicated the infestation. Unfortunately we were let down by another company who did a heat treatment that completely failed so I was anxious about paying for another treatment, but Craig and his team were excellent and proved that heat treatment actually works. After living with the infestation for 2-3 years, with repeated failed chemical treatments via the local council, and the bogus heat treatment (with a company I am now taking to the small claims court), Craig and his team have honestly given us our home and our lives back and we are now completely free of the infestation. I’ve never had to deal with bed bugs before and saw a lot of negativity around pesticides and then around the different companies when it came to the Heat Treatment. I also didn’t like the way many of the companies insisted on having to treat the whole house. Craig was different. He agreed we only needed to do the rooms where there was evidence of Bed Bugs. He responded quickly to my interest and even came and worked on Dec 31st. He worked very effectively on the day and reassured me that the heat treatment wouldn’t cause any damage to our paintwork or wooden furniture and it didn’t. It is only one day after the treatment but I would definitely recommend Craig ahead of all the other companies I spoke with.

We were suddenly hit by what we thought was a minor infestation of bed bugs but which turned out to be more endemic than we had realised. From the first phone call, Craig was receptive, reassuring in his obvious expertise and ready to offer us an early appointment. I would rate Craig and Jay stars if I could. So so impressed with the level of service and thoroughness they applied. Like many other people posting, we found we had a bed bug problem and called around several places, who were going to spray chemicals around over 3visits and 1 month. On looking further into it, we discovered heat treatments are more effective and called Extreme Heat Treatments.
Craig and Jay were friendly, professional, informative from the first call. They came round to look and did the treatment within a few days. They were so thorough they took the bed apart (LOTS of screws!) and found some of the sneaky critters under the support planks and at the ends... And then put it back together. They kept us informed with photos all day through the heat treatment.
A couple of months later we find another couple of bugs. This confused us all because we only had a few in the first place. But Craig & Jay were straight back to get to the bottom of it. Turns out the headboard had a hollow bit in it that none of us had realised - it looked solid - but they found out how to take that apart, too! And now it's sorted.
We were most impressed with their kindness and patience. We were in a blind panic and they answered all our questions, no matter how irrational!

Honestly I’m so happy with the customer service I received from Craig, I had a bed bug problem that was so stubborn and hard to get rid of, to the point I could not sleep in my bed.

I had hired another company previously but felt my time and money was wasted as their efforts fell below my expectations.

I contacted Craig after our bedbug problem was not resolved with only chemical treatment. We had used a different company and not only did it not work but the problem had gotten worse and spread to all rooms in the house.

At first we were apprenhensive as the heat treatment was expensive but following research found that it was likely to be more successful than chemical only treatment.

I found Craig's company through Trustpilot and checked out their website and TikTok page. I contacted Craig and his team to book an appointment and before the first appointment I had many questions, Craig provided comprehensive answers to all my questions and reasurances.

During my entire interaction with Craig and his team they have been, courteous, kind, respectful and very discreet. The first day they came to treat the house neighbours questioned what they were doing and they kindly informed them that they were drying out damp following a water leak.

Due to the level of infestation the problem was not resolved after the first treatment. We have had a futher 2 treats (a mix of heat and chemical) and Craig has confirmed that if the issue is not resolved we have a 6 month guarantee so he will keep coming back for free until the bedbugs have been completely eradicated.
