Mostly a good service and good beers better than out of a can. Pick-up service by yodel for empties isn’t always available so be prepared to take empty kegs to a yodel pick up point in some areas.

Unreliable, poor aftercare

Great beer, when machine works. Found it to be unreliable, within first year since purchase. Delivery also inconsistent, but that is down to courier contract. Aftercare, so far, has been poor, with slow, or none response or resolution forthcoming. My Pro machine is currently not working and I have been waiting 2 weeks for a solution. An expensive ornament unfortunately.

Ordered Stella and peroni, came the next day, was surprised they arrived so quickly, can’t complain, got stuck into them quicker than expected. Wish Jaipur was back on perfect draft, my all time favourite

It’s just great

It’s just great, for me.
Delivered to the door, a noticeable increase in the quality of the beer compared to cans and bottles and the kegs picked up from my door again.
The only thing is, I drank 18 kegs in less than 6 weeks! Great fun 😎

Tennents was very poor full of foam was…

Tennents was very poor full of foam was a nightmare trying to pour a pint.
Modelo was good would buy again.
Thatchers cider was very good will buy again.

Very much enjoying the new toy

Very much enjoying the new toy, thank you! it was tricky for me to set it up but once it WAS up and running, all was well. Such a treat to have cold beer on a hot afternoon without leaving the house!

From the first use of my perfect Draft…

From the first use of my perfect Draft I knew it was a great buy, I’ve only used one keg so far, it was excellent temperature and tasted great. All deliveries have been on time and the keg return was easy to arrange, picked up when they said it would be. All in all very pleased with my purchase.

Nice beers, but unbelievably bad customer service

It started well but the machine developed a fault after only three months and Perfect Draft customer service is possibly the worst I have ever encountered. The chatbot claims I've contacted them out of hours (I didn't) so have not yet been able to discuss the issue with a human. Automated emails ask the same questions over and over again, and then nobody replies.
