I am very pleased with the product and the delivery.

Good selection of beers & lagers but limited ciders could do with a couple of dry ciders .
Easy to send back empty kegs & fast delivery

This review is just for this purchase fast delivery very good price and the orchard pig cider is probably the best I’ve tasted the pro machine is also amazing why I have purchased 1 for Budweiser 1 for orchard pig

Product is good no complaints but the prices are ludicris, not purchased for a very long time and wont be buying anytime soon!
O and delivery times are poor as well!

Had my machine now for about 5 years, ordering is simple, delivery is prompt and having fresh beer at home is great. So far not had any problems.

Thatchers Gold is superb in the Perfect Draft kegs. Product delivered next day, ready for the sunshine

I ordered 2 kegs with 2 free Mahou glasses. The beer turned up but minus the glasses with no explanation as to why they weren’t included in the box - no alternative was provided either.
Pretty poor service really.

Still waiting for a response for a complaint I’ve made but been ignored!!! Yodel driver damaged my property and also left the box out by the front door so it can get soaking wet and anyone could have stolen my kegs. I contacted yodel and I need to contact you also

The machine and beer are perfect I have no issue either, but the courier’s you use are a joke, my 1st delivery was the machine and keg with glasses just left on the doorstep no knock on the door nothing and was stolen. My 2nd delivery 3x kegs left on the doorstep no knock on the door. This was all caught on cctv enabling me to retrieve my stolen stuff. When you try to contact anybody to report anything impossible

Had an issue with the machine as was faulty, took a bit to get the sales receipt sent back to me but the staff are very happy to help and when ordering new kegs, it’s always fast delivery

Perfect draft is so good the deals they have are amazing i used Beerwulf before & they were so crap no deals no freebies love perfect draft so easy & reasonable a great service

Excellent service very good selection of beers I’ve tried quite a few and they’ve all been very good glad I tried 0 proof Stella at a friend’s place as this one’s definitely not for me but can’t fault the ones I’ve had delivered on time as always very good all round service

Really good experience once again with my delivery the option to have my return kegs collected from home has been disappointing with no shows on collection day so I’ve been taking them to a local store but as for PerfectDraft I can’t fault them at all my credit is instantaneous and delivery is within 24hrs communication is excellent and ordering is straightforward and the beer is great quality hopefully the collection process can be improved but it won’t put me off ordering.

Was not expecting how great this beer pump would be, really impressed with product and service. This company are a refreshing change to all the modern companies that don’t care about the customer and customer service. Perfect Draft don’t seem to like that at all, everything runs smoothly and they reward repeat business. 10/10 from me well done PD I will stay a loyal customer to you. I’d love to see some more craft IPA’s at 5% plus maybe from all the craft uk breweries also never lose the German beer I like that too. I also dream of an Italian lager actually from Italy like it used to be before it was all made in Scotland. I know PD has European connections maybe this could happen? Real moretti?? Hint hint, but thanks overall great job guys.

What’s the point in offering a discount on returned kegs if you can’t return them?

Typical useless offer and the purchase of the machine I’ll write off because I won’t be buying anymore kegs

Specific feedback on Siren Lumina.
I like the beer but at the end of every keg (the last 4 I’ve had) the beer comes out like mud and it is undrinkable. You basically lose a pint from each keg - very frustrating.

I have been told to buy the Perfect Draft but didn’t think it was worth it. But I have to say the wife and I have got back into drinking beers at home as it definitely tastes better than cans. When I have ordered always been very impressed always turns up next day always have offers to tempt me 🤣.
I would say if you enjoy a pint buy one 👍
