Great product, great service, really efficient and helpful. I will definitely be using Peppermill in the future, chuffed with my chairs :-)
We had a trip to the showroom to choose the Mini Goodwood chairs for our breakfast bar and absolutely love them. We have now ordered four of the matching dining chairs in different colours and are looking forward to having them delivered later this month. Great customer service both in the showroom and via email.
Great prompt delivery, no issues.

I ordered some dining chairs from Peppermill and received them before the expected delivery time frame given. The chairs are beautiful. I cannot fault the service or the furniture received! Great efficient service and beautiful furniture - thank you Peppermill Interiors family!
Ordered a bespoke table, bench and chairs. The table was delivered in good time but had been made to the wrong size. The painting on the bench wasn't great (should have done it myself), and the bench build quality also wasn't what we'd expect (the seat opens in two sections and the two sides don't match at all, one sits an inch high and is constantly trapping the kids' fingers when they sit down, plus the detailing on the two ends doesn't match).
I first raised the incorrect table size the day it was delivered, said we'd see how it was over the weekend, whether we could live with it (it is annoyingly a touch too narrow), I assumed that I'd get some followup from Customer Service but didn't (they said subsequently that I had said I'd contact them after the weekend - I did say that, but come on - it's 2019 and we should have learned about customer service by now. I did, after all, pay four figures for something they mucked up, you'd think I'd earned an email and a sorry at least, given I did raise a major concern on delivery day!). I have four kids and run two businesses, the mistake was Peppermill's not mine, but the onus was still on me to follow up on my original complaint.
Then the second time I raised it (I used a FB review - doing things in public was seemingly necessary to get a response) I still got no 'sorry' and more defensive explanation (they didn't say sorry, they just tried to claim that the incorrect size could be down to plank widths - nonsense, it's just wrong, there was some confusion about the size during the ordering process and the table we received is built to exactly the dimensions of the alternate, incorrect size mentioned during that exchange, plus plank width issues were never mentioned when ordering, they just accepted the size I asked for). It wasn't complicated - it was simply built to the wrong measurement. No apology, no offer of any recompense, just excuses.
The exchange simply raised my stress levels so I told them that we should all just leave it there and walked away. More important to me to remove that relationship from my life than to get into a pointless argument. But it was disappointing and I won't use Peppermill again. Life's too short and if someone won't own mistakes (we all make them) then I'd rather send my money elsewhere.
