Pink is not pink
I like the shoes well enough but the color is misrepresented in the product description as white and pink but it is actually an ugly tan color (and white). The picture in the description also shows pink and white. They are not pink and white in real life. Their solution to my problem was to give me 30% off my next order or to ship the tan color shoes back to China at my own expense. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this company. There are many competitors that are just as good out there and hopefully they have better customer service and more accurate descriptions of their product colors.

The company is a scam'. We have sent this info many times. Do not deal with them.If you have similar issues report them to BBB and Amazon. They will do absolutely nothing to help the situation. Hopefully a class action suit can be started to put these scumbags out of business with Amazon etc. I am contacting my attorney to see what other options we have.

My experience with Peak Footwear has been very disappointing. My payment is still outstanding, and despite multiple attempts to contact them through email and messages, I have received no response.
The lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue is unacceptable. I expected a professional approach, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and improves its customer service and communication.

I am 75 years old and I have never had comfortable shoes
I am 75 years old and I have never enjoyed a pair of shoes so much. I tried many different types of shoes and I was already uncomfortable. I have a bunion and my barefoot shoes do not irate it at all. My toes would cramp in regular shoes and now I can wiggle my toes and they don’t cramp. In addition, I do not trip or stumble like I did before. Am so glad I finally decided to give these shoes a try. Best decision.

Both my parents have bad knees
Both my parents have bad knees. My Dad is 84 years old and loves the shoes. He says they help his legs. When he wears them he can walk for a long time and he has no pain in his knees. My Mom is 83 and she loves hers because of the color which is turquoise. Plus they help her walk. She has bad knees and we are hoping they help her so she doesn’t have to have knee replacements. My Dad had the Man over and he saw his shoes and told my Dad he had some and they were the best shoes he ever bought because he was having trouble with his knees and legs and was going to get surgery but once he started wearing the shoes, he didn’t have to have surgery after all. He wears all the time. My Dad said they help him to. With me, it is the best investment I made for myself because when I wear them, I can walk the whole mall and not have no pain and I am not even tired. I am now 60 and when someone asks about my shoes I tell them everyone should invest in these shoes because they are the best shoes they will ever own. Everyone has a different experience and it is all good. Even my older brother who is 62 has some and has been wearing them for a long time and said he has 4 pairs and always wears them. Great product to own!

Most comfortable shoe ever!
Well they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I find myself leaving them on all day long. I have neuropathy in my feet and toes but not when I am wearing these shoes, it’s almost a miracle! I love them so much I now have 4 pair! They are all I want to wear!
