I use these around the house daily. Definitely helps my balance and super comfortable. easy to get use to the feel- its definitely different than most sneakers. only draw back is i wish the padding inside was a little thicker . I find unless im on smooth surface you can feel rocks ,gravel, uneven surfaces if you have sensitive feet.

Received my shoes and were tight and quality looked like they were purchased at the dollar store
Received my shoes and were tight om my feet. I was also not happy with the quality. I emailed the company for return policy and the best way to return. Well, it is free to return for another size. But they are not interested in giving refunds. I was told I could receive a new pair or get a credit to purchase later but if I wanted a refund I would have to pay return shipping and to keep in mind that their address is Asia! So I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Pink is not pink
I like the shoes well enough but the color is misrepresented in the product description as white and pink but it is actually an ugly tan color (and white). The picture in the description also shows pink and white. They are not pink and white in real life. Their solution to my problem was to give me 30% off my next order or to ship the tan color shoes back to China at my own expense. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this company. There are many competitors that are just as good out there and hopefully they have better customer service and more accurate descriptions of their product colors.

The company is a scam'. We have sent this info many times. Do not deal with them.If you have similar issues report them to BBB and Amazon. They will do absolutely nothing to help the situation. Hopefully a class action suit can be started to put these scumbags out of business with Amazon etc. I am contacting my attorney to see what other options we have.

My experience with Peak Footwear has been very disappointing. My payment is still outstanding, and despite multiple attempts to contact them through email and messages, I have received no response.
The lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue is unacceptable. I expected a professional approach, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and improves its customer service and communication.

I am 75 years old and I have never had comfortable shoes
I am 75 years old and I have never enjoyed a pair of shoes so much. I tried many different types of shoes and I was already uncomfortable. I have a bunion and my barefoot shoes do not irate it at all. My toes would cramp in regular shoes and now I can wiggle my toes and they don’t cramp. In addition, I do not trip or stumble like I did before. Am so glad I finally decided to give these shoes a try. Best decision.
