No updates.

Package arrived in Canada from China in 7 days . At this point PDN has had the Package for 21 days with no real updates. They don't respond to emails. I've emailed them numerous times with no response. I've reached out to Anycubic about my parts. Hopefully they will re send the parts and use a different delivery company.

Scam company stealing packages

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam company.And if you have a bigger package coming from somewhere rest assured , they will make up a lie and not deliver it. There is no phone number for this company, so there's no one you can get in touch with about your package. I would highly.
Suggest if you need a logistics company not to use this one you will have a lot of pissed off customers and you will lose a lot of money.

Delivered To The Wrong Address

The package was photographed at the wrong address: the door had a different address on it than the one given. I replied to the email that confirmed the delivery immediately after receiving it, stating that it was the wrong address. I did not receive a response, so I sent an email and have been waiting for 4 days for a response.
The merchant said that I can not get a refund from them untill this lot register the package as undelivered.

Terrible

Terrible, odred 2 items from the same company that uses PDN, they claimed the first item was delivered and posted a picture but the item was not there and the second item was never delivered, it was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks after the first one but they claimed my address was wrong.

Package stuck with PDN Express

My package arrived in Canada and cleared customers on November 2nd. PDN Express picked up my package on November 4th and it has been stuck with no movement since. I have tried to call multiple times, I emailed the company over 10 times and never received any replies or even acknowledgment. I have reached out to BBB with a complaint and nothing has been resolved. The merchant is not responding to my emails either so I had to request my bank to dispute the payment. They have horrible service.

Dont order from Aliexpress anymore

For all people in the Netherlands to know.
Dont order from Aliexpress anymore.
They use this cheap compagny to bring our package now a days, and you read whats happen.
Ive you try to call them, you directly get a voicemail, saying this box is full, yes offcourse with complains.
Ive you email customer service, they will not respond either.
So please mark my words dont order from Aliexpress anymore, it will only give you a lot of crap, angryness for nothing, because Aliexpress choose for this lazy cheap compagny.

Aliexpress stop with this nonsense to let youre package be handled by cheap compagny s like this and peddler, cause they are not worth it, and ive we the customers warn you, chance youre way of shipping

The worst courier company

First of all, I didn't receive any information that they had my package, so I couldn't track it. They left the package at a house where six people live, and anyone could have stolen it. They didn't ring the doorbell. After leaving the package at the door, they sent an email saying it had been delivered in person, which was obviously a lie. As proof, I sent an email with photos showing that they left the package at the front door. I've never really encountered anything like this. It's impossible to contact them.

parcel was left outside near frontdoor while people where in the house, but also on a very late time +- 22.00 hour and no message in front like today we deliver or tomorrow COMPLETELY NOTHING, i think it is a very bad service from your company

Pakket delivered.. not exactly

Pakket delivered... onder outside main door to aparetement complex right until I've been at work. For anyone that can just pick it up as garbage from the floor. Advice NOT USE service. Even 1 star is to much. This company should be closed or reorganized.

I’ll have waited patiently for my…

I’ll have waited patiently for my order. And it says failed to deliver for not answering phone and buzzer. I didn’t received any call and my buzzer is connected to my phone as well. The delivery time was 12:33 am? Who delivers package at 12 am in the morning? I tried to call the number on the website many times and but says can’t received message for the moment. Tried contacting online customer service but still nothing was done. Does this delivery company even exist? Totally nuts!

PDN = Pretty Darn Negiligent

I don't know who PDN express is, but I hope suppliers stop using them for deliveries. If I could a negative number on the review scale, I would do so. I live in a multi story condo building and the PDN Express delivery person left the package in front of the building, on the street. Thankfully one of our residents picked up the package and brought it into our lobby. What kind of an idiot leaves a package out on the street for anyone to come along and take it. Terrible service, terrible company to employ such idiots.

Terrible and dishonest company

My recent experience with PND Express has been terrible.
They delivered my package to the wrong address, even though the delivery instructions and address were 100% correct. The driver left it at a nearby apartment complex instead of my building, and now the package is missing.

Their communication is almost nonexistent — they called me once around noon while I was at work, but when I called back a few hours later, nobody answered. I tried reaching them multiple times, yet no follow-up, no update, and no support. Their local phone number doesn’t work, and their website only says “address not located” with no way to contact anyone or arrange redelivery.

To make matters worse, I was told by Superbuy (the sender) that PND Express is handling the final delivery, but neither company takes responsibility when things go wrong.
It’s been over 10 days past the expected delivery date, and I still don’t know where my parcel is.

PND Express needs serious improvement in:

Driver reliability and address accuracy

Customer service responsiveness

Transparency in tracking and redelivery procedures

Until they fix these issues, I cannot recommend PND Express for any international or domestic parcel delivery.
