Seller was very helpful, CPU didn’t arrive in its box but was still well packaged and shipped with thermal paste. Seller sent photos of front and back too before shipping to show lack of damage and it arrived on time. Also provided detailed information on updating motherboard etc if this was a CPU upgrade. Didn’t have any issues with it in installation. And a quick task manager check shows it is what is says it is. Great service!!

To be honest I was dubious about buying the CPU from here but it's been nothing but great! Great comms from the moment you order it and advice on how to remove the old one. These are the same price as a second hand one too but they're brand new! Excellent! Upgraded my sons' 2600 to a 5600x and it now plays AAA titles at 1080p flawlessly whereas before they stuttered. The seller was constantly updating me with where my CPU was, from packaging to my door in the matter of only 2-3 days, while always being super friendly and helpful to any questions that I had! Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new CPU in their build or looking to upgrade!

I've already purchased my second processor from this company, this time a Ryzen 7500f. It's a very good processor for budget AM5 builds due to its low price and excellent performance. I had mixed feelings when buying it, but I later realized that it meets the requirements of even the most advanced systems. It works seamlessly with demanding graphics cards. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend PC Tec to everyone.

Beautifully packaged in multiple layers including a nice sheet of bubble wrap around the CPU box itself, with the item looking identical to the pictures on the site, with same day dispatch and next day delivery for a very competitive price, I just wish I found them before! c:

I purchased a ryzen 5 5600x to upgrade my AM4 system from a ryzen 5 1600. The best price I could find so I paid a bit extra for special delivery and it dispatched within hours and arrived the next morning. Safwaan provided brilliant after sale support with some advice on how to remove the old cpu and install the new one. Nothing bad to say recommend 100 %. Will be coming back when it’s time to upgrade again.
