Ordered a 5900x, item arrived very quickly and in perfect working order. Customer service was brilliant - I had a personalised message to let me know when the CPU had been posted and advice on installation. Will definitely order again

Ordered a Ryzen 5 9600x on Sunday. Safwaan was straight to WhatsApp with photos of what I'm getting (inc. front and back to show lack of damage.), dispatched it at the first opportunity and has now arrived before Christmas. Delivery was free and the unit was the cheapest on the market. Really well packaged and included thermal paste too.

I've had lots of helpful setup info and been encouraged to stress test to make sure it's working well which we'll do when the PC gets built.

The customer service alone is worth the 5 stars and might be the best customer experience I've had for anything - you just don't get the kind of personal touch from a big box store vs. a small business that does its best for customers. PC Tec does one thing and does it really, really well and you can't really ask for better. When I eventually go for a CPU upgrade or for a new rig this is where I'm buying. Absolutely deserving of all the 5* reviews they get and more :)

Good customer service. They made sure to text me some instructions and gave me some thermal paste for the Ryzen 5 9600 I bought. I used an aftermarket CPU cooler and paste, which I'd recommend. I stress-tested it and it didn't exceed 66c, so super pleased and would definitely buy again from this company.

As soon as I made the order Safwaan reached out to update me on delivery and sent advice on how to insert the processor I ordered. When I explained that it was a Christmas present for my son and it would be a few more weeks until the processor was used I was reassured that the garuntee I was offered will still stand and that my son could reach out if he had any issues. Safwaan continued to communicate over the delivery. When the processor arrived it was well packaged and looks good to me. Obviously as it is not get Christmas the processor has not been used yet. But I have every confidence that all will be well and Safwaan will support us if we need it

Brilliant experience. My son asked for a AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D for his Christmas as he wanted to upgrade his PC. I’m completely clueless about things like this so off to Google I went. PC tech was the cheapest I found by quite a bit, obviously that made me a bit weary. After checking trustpilot reviews I took the plunge and purchased. Service was far above what you would expect for an online purchase. I was kept informed at each step and Safwaan reached out via WhatsApp as well which was a nice touch. Can’t comment on the CPU yet but will update after Christmas.

Order number confirmed and a picture of the CPU.
This was also the best price I could find for this CPU, even taking into account delivery cost.

I was also sent a lot of useful information for amateur PC builders.
I was kept updated on when my package was sent as well as the tracking link.

Even after delivery, Safwaan continued to provide helpful tips on my build and recommended programs for testing to ensure I have no future problems.

Was somewhat cautious about ordering at first, as never heard of PC Tec UK before. I must say, I am delighted that I did as the whole process of ordering from them has been fantastic. Great price in the CPU, Safwaan was fantastic from the moment my order was placed.
