We had a great experience with Pawrade! They were very informative and helpful! Staff was friendly and our puppy was delivered to us in perfect condition! Very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them!

I had my money stolen by the breeders. I paid for the puppy and they kept my money reselling the puppy to someone else. I had felt confident that Pawrade chose ethical breeders but that wasn't true. Now I'm having to engage with a lawsuit, instead a happy experience I'm in tears.

Nico’s adoption process went perfectly and it was fast! I was able to easily communicate with Pawrade and they were in constant contact with me. This experience was great and I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new family member. The delivery service was excellent as well! I was always up to date on the status of little Nico’s arrival.

I would recomment Pawrade to anyone wanting to purchase a pet. My puppy arrived safely and he is adorable, healthy (will take him to my Vet Monday, as required), and well taken care of during his transport to my home. The communication I had with Pawrade representatives was excellent.

As the intermediary between the breeder and the buyer, Parade did both great and not so much. Coordinating purchase and transportation processes was superb, and we were kept informed of each step of both processes. However, when answering questions that required breeder feedback, Parade blindly accepts the breeder information with no verification of information, and has no knowledge of or sight of the puppy/dog in question. Parade is only a broker, so buyer beware. We took our pup the the Vet as required in the contract, and discovered she had a significant case of ear mites, even though she had visited an accredited Vet on Friday before her Monday departure, and was given a clean bill of health.

We got two puppies from Pawrade within 6 months. Both times it was a great experience. All the reps were nice. Lois was my favorite. She didn’t mind questions, she got us updated pics. She was so kind. The only thing I wish was the pics and videos were better quality. Lois even set up a zoom meeting with our puppy. Puppy transport they used both times were also great. Will recommend to everyone. Thank you Pawrade for 2 baby fuzzies we love!!!

Pawrade went above and beyond my expectations. There were no hidden fees even though we were a bit nervous and reluctant at first. Im glad I trusted the good reviews. Plus our puppy was clean when she was delivered which was a pleasant surprise. She had an appetite soon after being delivered and many puppies dont when first with a new family. So I feel like she wasn't stressed. Plus she obviously had some experience with being outside and some potty training from the breeders which was also a pleasant surprise. The customer service was excellent, even after the delivery they continued to communicate and reply back quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Policy is good foundation. Only thing I would like changed is that pictures could be both vertical and horizontal. When one grabs the phone for impromptu shots, it is normal take a portrait shot.

We have been asking for pictures for a pup that I am pretty sure I do not want only because we did not get any additional pictures just 3. Seriously heartbreaking. Pup is due on the 24 of April so I made the appointment for the 27th and now I do not know when as the aircompanion may get here??? I regret this whole process and do not trust them.

Every area was completed very well from beginning to end. Puppy arrival day was so exciting! Delivery was excellent and the staff was very helpful from the first day to the last.

The variety of puppies and the videos were great. Getting in touch with the customer service was mixed. Response was often slow and usually only a message. I think I only talked with 2 people. The rest was electronic. The delivery was on time. The driver and those employees that I spoke with were knowledgable and professional. Over all it was a very good experience.
