Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, arrived a day late no fault of paving UK or courier as accident was the cause,ordered 2 pallets of black limestone,one crate was mis shaped ,driver was helpful unloading,one slab was cracked but will use on a cutter

Easy from start to finish

Nice pavers, awful customer service.
I have been delaying writing this review as I wanted to give Paving UK time to rectify issues with my order. But as I have been issued two reminders to review them, here it is.
I ordered sandstone pavers along with additional materials required and a few tools. Delivery was booked in for the following week (only 3 or 4 working days) and the delivery company issued me with a tracking number, but this wasn’t much use as it just kept pushing back the expected delivery slot in 2 hour increments.
The delivery was fine when the driver arrived and he left the pallets where I requested. Unfortunately this is where it started to go wrong. Several items were missing, including 1 of 3 tubs of resin pointing and all the tools (bullnose grinder, suction cup and diamond stones) all in all over £120 worth of missing items.
I immediately phoned Paving uk and after being on hold then disconnected twice (during which I was searching the website for information on what to do) I eventually got through to a customer agent who told me that it would be looked into but if they couldn’t provide the item they would “just refund me and I could source the items locally”. I was told I’d be updated within 24 hours, but after 48 hours I had heard nothing so I phoned again. I was told my items were being shipped to me but that the lady in shipping was on her own and it might be a day or two before I received an update. A week later I still hadn’t heard anything so again I phoned. This time I was told that the customer agent couldn’t get hold of anyone in the shipping department but she took my number and promised to get back to me. I’m still waiting for that return call. It’s now 12 days since I received the incomplete order and I haven’t been able to start my project as a result. That is very frustrating and disappointing. I have left it at 2 starts as the pavers themselves are nice and there were only 3 broken pavers in 180 which I thought was good.
In short, quality is good but customer service is poor and I would not recommend.

Appalling service .I was waiting for a delivery which never arrived.After me phoning no one got back to me .I phoned the carrier myself who informed me me be hadn’t received the goods.this is a day after I should of received them and said when he dies he had 5 days to deliver.I had work men waiting.I had to pay them for a days work for nothing .
