Although I had no dealings with the customer service team, this must be to their credit - the website was really easy to use and get a delivery booked (I had a bulk bag of gravel so needed to choose which size vehicle was suitable). Nice and easy, and also how soon I could make the booking, within just a couple of days! I'd read terrible reviews on similar sites about the delivery company not showing, but the one used by Paving UK was no problem at all, only thing being that I did have to call to check it was on it's way as the bag hadn't been scanned as on the delivery truck! But they confirmed straight away for me and the delivery guy was very helpful with unloading. Also - fantastic value compared to some other sites! Will definitely use again if I have another project like this.

Delivery on time. Well packaged paving slabs received without any breakages. Reasonably priced in comparison with other companies. Really please with my purchase.

Extremely poor, couldn't even send the sample that had to be paid for. Imagine how much you'd be robbed if you actually placed an order!!

A refund was requested on 12/10/26 in respect of which, surprise surprise, no reply has been received

Delivered on time , product colour as the described , quality porcelain, not one damaged. Well packed would buy from them again.

Absolutely shocking, slabs didn’t get delivered on time, when they did, we received a full pallet of cracked and slabs with marks on them. These slabs was even marked with caulk so someone obviously knew about this. We’ve asked for replacement slabs but they can’t deliver them for another 3 weeks.

The ivory beige porcelain paving stones are a beautiful colour and excellent quality. The non-slip surface is very effective indeed. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend ☺️

At the outset of ordering my paving slabs the person taking my enquiry was incredibly helpful. Working out the cost & how many slabs I needed.

The delivery was quick & the driver very super efficient in placing the slabs in position at my garden gate. Really polite & helpful.

No communication until I called and cancelled the order because it didn't arrive on the day it was due! Cost me small fortune in lost wages! Spent over 2k and then took 10 Days to finally receive my refund which appeared at 16.45 on a Friday!

Good product well packaged and did the job perfectly no damaged products on delivery very very pleased

It was easy to order online, driver turned up on the arranged day and e-mailed with delivery updates, and all slabs well packaged and protected.

Two issues:

The most important was the delivery packaging.

The 212 setts were delivered loose in a tonne bag with no attempt to stack or otherwise protect edges. This resulted to many being chipped at the edges and corners.

These are sawn setts so the edges are meant to be rectangular and reasonably smooth.

Secondly the order of half pallet included the statement that there would be 215 setts ... in fact there were only 212. This matter was raised by email but with no response.

Really good website and very competitive prices!

Had a problem with couple deliveries and PavingUK have gone out of their way to help me get them sorted and replace any damages. Really good customer service and will definitely be using them for future projects!

Very good advice , easy to order & delivered when they said the would.

I was out at the time of delivery however my order was left in exactly the correct place.

Awful experience with this company. Order was supposed to be delivered on the 10th September. No calls, no emails to update on the delivery or delay. Stayed in the house all day waiting for it. I have tried contacting multiple times, no answer. Absolutely shambles. Just want my money back. Don’t order from this company.
