Slightly slow dispatch but item arrived next day (Saturday delivery) which meant long bank holiday weekend disappointment was averted!

Complete lack of customer service - now updated following company response
Bought a Hyundai lawnmower from them in September. Used three times then laid up for winter. Used once last month and then tried to use again two weeks ago. Mower wouldn’t start and had developed an oil leak. Contacted PFM but absolutely no support. I’ve called eight times in two weeks, left my details with reception and been promised a call back each time but never had a return call. Have had a few generic email responses, but when I reply to those I get no further response. They sent a courier out last Friday to collect the mower despite me requesting a different pick up date, so we weren’t there. Courier came back today to collect but PFM haven’t even sent us the courier label for the box so FedEx couldn’t take it. Rang today to complain and ask for a label - reception took my details (again) and promised a call back but no call (again) and no email acknowledgement. Reception admitted that they can’t actually speak to sales or support, and can only send them a message.
This company’s customer service is appalling. Am now having to go via my credit card company to try to resolve this.
Update: After leaving this review, the company's owner, Abhishek, got in touch directly and made sure that the problem was resolved, as described in the response below. Happy to upgrade the rating from one star to four stars as they did resolve my problem, but it would be good for them to make sure that no one else has the same experience with their after-sales service.

SIP Planer Thicknesser machine…
SIP Planer Thicknesser machine developed an electrical fault after only a few uses. Although disappointing and inconvenient, Parts For Machines were very quick to respond to my warranty claim and have just confirmed that a replacement machine is now on its way to me. Great customer service and I will certainly be looking to buy more machinery from them over the coming year.
